"KAKASHI?!!" Echo yelled in shock, her eyes widening.
"Gree--" Kakashi's attempted greeting was immediately cut off by Echo's barrage of questions.
"What the heck are you doing here??? Is the crime rate rising again??? Is the city in danger?? HIRO, what did you do?!!!" Echo snapped, each question knocking over Kakashi as he stood with a blank expression.
"Wha???!!" Hiro whimpered in insult to her conclusion, freezing in the hallway in a blanket cape and a cardboard shield?
"The crime rate has stopped rising, for now. We believe we've captured all the humans who were displaying abnormally aggressive behaviour," Kakashi mentioned.
"What about the one who might have been making them act like that??" Luna urged to know.
Kakashi shrugged with narrow eyes.
"Ahhh??" Luna whimpered with concern at his nonchalant confirmation the city could still be in danger.
"So, what's Yukine's brother doing here? And since when was he teaming up with Kakashi?!" Echo asked.
"Well, I suppose angels do think of themselves as the defenders of the human race...." Yurio muttered, remaining pretty calm considering the unexpected situation.
"Greetings, tall people," Kakashi addressed with a narrow expression.
"Miss Echo!! I'm so glad I found you!" Yachel beamed.
"Huh?" Echo let out in confusion to his enthusiasm and knowing her name!
"Mistress, what is that?" Kyou asked, referring to Yachel as he loomed over him from behind Echo.
"And how did it get here?" Haru added, his tone sulky.
"I followed Yukine's scent!" Yachel mumbled.
"Ew," Echo let out, a look of mild disgust crossing her face.
"And... I followed him," Kakashi added, pointing to Yachel.
"Why?!" Yurio asked, baffled by their presence.
"Because I'm not giving up! Not on Yukine, and not on you, Echo!!" Yachel announced, his voice filled with determination.
"Uh... What's that supposed to mean?!" Echo let out in confusion and slight embarrassment.
"There's a connection between us, Miss Echo! When our eyes met, I felt something deep in my soul! Somethings drawing me to you, Miss Echo!" Yachel beamed as Kyou physically started to growl...!
"You sure that something isn't la-bedo," Aki commented, popping out from the living room.
"Lah what??" Luna repeated in confusion.
"What BS is this?!" Kyou growled, his voice rising as his pupils dramatically shrunk.
"Don't you see? It's fate that we've met! My heart has led me to you..." Yachel continued to dig his grave as dramatic tears streamed down his face.
"Stepping on the line..." Haru snarled.
"And so, I've decided... I want to be by your side as your guardian Angel!!" Yachel declared.
"Awww!!" Luna squealed, unable to contain her delight at Yachel's confession.
"Aaaand now you're dead," Kyou said plainly, stepping forward as Echo held out her arm in disapproval.
"This must be one of those soulmate things when you see a complete stranger and know straight away they're the one!! EEEEEEK this is so exciting!!!" Luna chimed in, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
