AMAZING Fanart of Echo!! It's so cool and epic!! Aghhh, I love it!! 😆⬆️

Meanwhile, back at Shadow Moon, Yukine had his own dilemmas he was trying to figure out.

Echo was studying some cloth designs in the library, gaze drifting to and from an open book of illustrations from the Golden Age.

"Echo," Yukine walked through the door.

"UM!!!!" Echo jumped, immediately closing her book.

"Uh! Sorry! I didn't mean to startle you," Yukine shied away.

"Ah! I'm not startled, idiot. What do you want?" Echo grunted stubbornly as if she hadn't been at all surprised by Yukine entrance, but her cheeks telling a different story.

"Err... it's about what you said last night," Yukine shyly put his hand on the back of his head.

Echo gave him a surprised look that soon twisted into a smug smile.

"Oh? You gonna go for it with Luna, like I advised?" Echo giggled mischievously.

"Ah! N-no, that's not it! I just wanted clarity," Yukine flustered, cheeks darkening.

Echo's face turned blank.

".............. what?" she blurted out.

"About... love," Yukine added.

Echo's face, very similarly to Yurio's, turned bright red.

"........ what?!" she repeated in a much higher, nervous voice.

That face... why does everyone seem so embarrassed when I ask this question?

"I've.... been trying to figure out what it means to be in love... what it should feel like. I was hoping you could help me," Yukine added.

"Ah! What makes you think I know anything about love, huh? Love is dumb, and only hurts people anyway!!!" Echo blurted out in embarrassment.

"Uh... then why did you lecture me about it?!" Yukine grunted in annoyance.

"Ah! W-well, no, wait! I mean, it's different for everyone!!!" Echo panicked, trying to backtrack.

"And you said that I shouldn't be afraid to get hurt for love," Yukine reminded her with narrow eyes.

"I know what I said!!! Ahh just forget about that, I wasn't referring to your situation anyway!" Echo stuttered, trying desperately to escape the conversation.

"Then what were you referring to?" Yukine tilted his head in confusion, a little annoyed seeing Echo's contradicting mindset.

"I-it doesn't matter, ok?! Love is great, you'll love it, you should go for it!!! Stop asking questions!!" Echo grumbled, suddenly pulling up her book to hide her face.

"Umm... that doesn't answer my question," Yukine sighed.

Echo awkwardly pulled down her book just enough to reveal her eyes.

"What was your question again?" she practically whispered, being reluctant to stay on this topic.

Mmm, why does everyone seem to hate this subject so much?

"What does love feel like?" Yukine pried.

"Hmm... you've really never been in love before?" Echo asked him curiously, lowering her book further.

"Not that I can recall..." Yukine replied.

"But you have the twins and Atomu... so you know what love feels like, right?" he added.
