Update: I added some scenes to the previous chapter that made it wayyy too long, so had to split it. This new part contains all the newly added scenes! I added a Kyou x Echo scene with an arcade and added some dialogue for the Luna x Yurio scene to make both these interactions more personal.
Luna, Yurio and Leo went on some more rides, but Infinity and Echo decided it was too 'risky' to go on with them. Galaxy happily headed on the ride again while Infinity excused himself to regain his sanity.
"I'm gonna grab some food. Would you like anything, Mistress?" Haru offered.
"Oh, I'm good. Thanks," Echo returned.
"I'll have—"
"Ok, suit yourself," Haru replied to Echo, walking off before Kyou could request food.
Kyou grumbled to himself as he crossed his arms.
"Uh..." he suddenly noticed some bright, colourful lights and loud music and sounds coming from a building near them...
"What's that, over there...?" Kyou wondered, seeing the arcade.
"Hm? Oh! An arcade! Aw, cool!! I haven't been to one of these since I was a kid. Come on!!" Echo grabbed Kyou's hand and ran over to it in excitement.
"Uh... whoa..." Kyou was lost in all the noise, flashing lights, and exciting atmosphere as kids ran past him.
"Aw!! Look how cute these little fox plushies are!" Echo giggled, seeing a claw machine with adorable plushies to be won.
"What is it??" Kyou was baffled by the strange machine.
"Oh, right, this is your first. Look, you put some money in here, and then you use this control thingy to move that claw in the machine. When you're ready, press this button to release the claw down into the plushies!! Then, if you're lucky, it will pick one up and carry it to that slot over there!" Echo explained.
"Hm. Sounds simple enough. You want one?" Kyou grinned.
"You think you can get it?" Echo wasn't convinced.
"Heh! Course I can. Anything for you, Mistress," Kyou smirked.
"Hm. Whatever you say, stud. Go ahead and impress me," Echo smirked, predicting how this would play out.
"It would be my pleasure," Kyou agreed, stepping towards the machine.
He paused for a second.
"Erm..." he awkwardly let out, not having any change with him........
"Hm," Echo grinned, a coin in her hand.
"Eh..... th-thanks....." he awkwardly accepted the coin she offered him, then nervously turned back to the machine.
He put the coin in the slot, triggering the game's music to start.
He moved the claw around a bit before pressing a button to activate it into lowering to the plushies.
"Hm!" he grinned, seeing it grab one of them.
"Ohh~" Echo beamed as the claw started to rise against.
"All for you, Mistress~" Kyou smirked as..... the plush dropped back to its caged pit.
"Ah!!!" Kyou let out in shock.
"Oh, dear. Two more tries!" Echo smiled happily, suspecting this would happen.
"Ah....!! Mmm! That was just practice, of course. It's the first time I've ever tried this," Kyou excused.
"Ok, I forgive you. It took me two tries too," Echo bragged.
"Wh-what, to win??? L-like the first-ever time you played it?" Kyou needed clarification.
