Morning came after a tearful night...
"YEAH!!! WHO'S READY FOR TREASURE HUNTING?!!" Aki yelled at the top of his lungs from the hall.
"Aki! Shut up! Do you want to wake up everyone in the castle?!" Echo shouted, punching his face hard.
"GAH!!" Aki let out as he crashed to the floor.
"Well, duh. IT'S TREASURE HUNTING TIME!!!" he cheered, getting up like nothing happened.
"Shut up! Some of us are not morning people! If you keep shouting like that, you're gonna wake-" Echo was interrupted by the sight of a miserable aura surrounding a slouching Luna, who was holding a pillow.
A dark magic came flaming off her as she looked down in annoyance.
"Oh, now you've done it," Echo complained.
"Hello, darling Luna! Sleep well?" Aki asked with sweat dripping from his face.
"You guys are idiots. Luna doesn't like early mornings. Or mornings in general," Yurio told them as he walked out of the library, passing them.
He and Leo headed to the kitchen.
"Grr!!!" Luna grumbled as her aura grew more vigorous.
"Agh!" Aki jumped in fear.
"Uh-oh. Who woke Lunatic up?" Galaxy grinned, playfully jumping on Aki.
Echo and Aki both pointed at each other.
"She did it!" Aki yelled.
"He did it," Echo said plainly.
"You did it," Galaxy agreed.
"It wasn't my fault!" Aki cried.
"She's gonna blow...!" Echo commented as Luna's aura rapidly increased.
"Um..." she hummed as she suddenly flopped onto the floor, falling back asleep.
"WHAT?!!!" Aki yelled in shock to see she'd fallen straight back to sleep.
"Luna..." Yurio gently called as he brought a plate of pancakes to her nose.
Luna lifted her head from her pillow to look at the pancakes with puppy dog eyes.
"PANCAKES!!!" Atomu suddenly yelled, diving to get the pancakes.
Yurio instantly froze a wall of ice behind Luna. Atomu smashed into it while Yurio petted the eating Luna as if she'd grown ears and a tail.
"She always gets all the attention...!" Galaxy pouted intensely.
"Hm. Though it is very cute how close Luna is to that human. How disgustingly wholesome. Oh, how emotions fascinate me," Galaxy smirked.
"They're kinda like siblings..." Aki added.
"I doubt that's how they both see it," Echo mentioned.
"You know something we don't there, Echo?" Galaxy smirked.
"I can read minds; of course I do," Echo muttered under her breath, giving Yurio an evil glare.
"Hey, guys!!!" Atomu yelled, quickly recovering from the hit to the head.
"Are we going treasure hunting or what?" Atomu asked.
"How are we even gonna get there?" Yurio asked, cutting a pancake in half before handing the plate to Leo, so it cooled down.
"Echo knows the way! Her old village is near the island," Luna beamed with honey on the side of her mouth from the pancakes.
