Meanwhile, watching in the underworld...
"She just doesn't give up, does she...?" Akira muttered to himself.
His voice shook with a slightly high and unnerved tone that trembled as much as his fists in his attempt to stay calm.
"You still think I'm a bad person for worrying she'll get hurt...?!" Akira snarked to Yukine, who was lying with his eyes closed.
He didn't get an answer.
"I know you're not dead, Yukine!" Akira suddenly grunted, temper rising.
"Getting there..." Yukine grumbled.
"Don't take such a light tone!" Akira yelled.
"Why? You gonna cry about it?" Yukine asked, eyes still closed.
"Don't be so childish," Akira grunted.
"Don't be so creepy. How long you gonna stare at Luna through an enchanted mirror or whatever? Go save her if you're that worried," Yukine suggested.
"My duties lie down here..." Akira told him.
"Then why are you watching her like a creep instead of doing something about the corruption that threatens her?!" Yukine asked.
"Because I don't want to be alone again!!" Akira snapped.
"I'm trying to let her go...! But... I just can't! I have to watch over her...(!) without interfering!" Akira explained.
"You're just clinging onto her like a puppy. Why not make the world a safer place, so you don't have to worry? Saving your kingdom would be more than ideal with the whole 'stoping the demons from wanting to kill the half-blood' thing," Yukine muttered.
"I'd have to make peace with the vampires to do that, Yukine, which would result in war with the angels. There's just no escape from the bloodshed..." Akira sighed.
"So Galaxy has a wolf?" Yukine muttered.
"Uh. What?" Akira asked in confusion.
"Earlier, while you were at your little meeting, there was a wolf that helped fight Infinity," Yukine recalled.
