"You know how it was always just us and Yurika when we were younger?" he mumbled, gaze at the ground as they walked.
"Yeah..." Luna continued, following beside him.
"... it wasn't... always like that... mom... fell in love... she met someone Kind... passionate... incredibly smart and hard-working. They had such a loving relationship... that in time, they had a baby. Kameko Yuki Adachi... " Yurio revealed.
"Kamako....?" Luna gasped, never before hearing the name.
"They had me eleven years later..." Yurio confirmed.
"He taught me how to make snowmen... how to stand up for myself... he made me believe I'd never have anything to worry about. I was actually really arrogant as a kid because of it, hah..." Yurio explained, smile weak.
"He was a cool big brother. Someone I could look up to. He was brave and confident. I would cling to him... I wanted to be like him. To be as cool and brave as he was. He was... a good person. Mom was pregnant with Leo by the time Kameko was seventeen... but... he never made it to eighteen... one day, a magic-user attacked my mom in the village. A misguided magic-user. A human who'd come across magic power... But didn't learn to control it. S-she threatened to kill her. Yurika..."
Flashback...
A loud bang filled the air as a large woman walked out of the smoke.
"Get back! You're all just stupid humans! This is my world now! Mine! You, weaklings, don't deserve to live in it! I'll kill everyone! You! Get up! What the hell are you looking at?!" she ordered to know as she pulled Yurika to her chest.
"Mom!" a tiny Yurio panicked, helpless look scarred on his face as he reached out a hand.
"Hachiro was at home. He couldn't protect her. So Kameko stood up in his place..." Yurio narrated as they walked up a snowy hill.
"Hey, leave her alone!" a young boy with white hair ordered, pushing the woman back as Yurika fell out of her grip.

"What the hell do you think you're doing, punk?! You think you're better than me?! Do you?!" the girl yelled out.
"I am if I'm the one protecting while you're the fool terrorising! Magic isn't meant to be used like this! You shouldn't be tampering with it if you can't control it!" he yelled.
"And that's when it happened..."
"What?! You think you're more capable than me?! You think I can't control my power?! You think I'm weak?!!!! You little shit!! I'm more powerful than anyone!! I'll kill you!! I'll kill everyone!!! You dare call me weak!! I'll show you who's bloody weak!!" she yelled as she gathered over-flowing dark magic in her hand, releasing it uncontrollably on the boy!!!
