Aki cosplay [fake blood and bruises] ⬆️
The morning sun shone brightly over the small apartment. Atomu and Echo had finally found the apartment when they bumped into Yurio, who explained that they'd cancelled the idea of a hotel as an apartment was more ideal (plus, they couldn't find a hotel).
...
"GALAXY!!! Where are the bloody knives?!" Echo suddenly yelled from the kitchen.
But her hair was different from yesterday...... it had....... Colour.......!!!
"Even the butter knives are gone!" she complained.
Suddenly, she heard a voice coming her way, so she hid in the shadows... (under the table)
"Why are you such a jerk?! You're always so mean to me! It's like you've forgotten all about the friendship we had~ it's not like you're even that mean to anybody else! Is there something wrong with me, huh?! Hm! You were so much nicer as a kid, you know?!" Galaxy pouted as she entered the room with Aki.
Aki turned his back to her, looking at the floor.
"Well, I'm not a kid anymore. Now, leave me alone!" he shouted.
"Akkkkiiii! You're so mean! Why won't you ever notice me, senpai?!" Galaxy cried.
Aki turned his back without a word, continuing to walk away from her.
"I don't have time for this nonsense," he gritted his teeth.
Galaxy followed him, her voice rising with every step.
"Hmm! How cruel. You're such a tease, Aki-kun~" she taunted, trying to get a reaction out of him.
"What happened to you, Galaxy?" Aki muttered, stopping in his tracks.
"Huh? Whatever do you mean?!" Galaxy pouted, her expression softening slightly.
"You know what I mean! You never used to be like this!!" Aki grunted.
Galaxy's expression hardened, and her voice became icy.
"Oh, please. Spare me the fake concern. I am who I am, deal with it," she scoffed.
Aki's fists clenched at his sides.
"No, you're not. You're not the person I used to know. When we first met... you were...." Aki's voice trailed off, and his cheeks began to burn as he remembered a smiling young demon, shy and timid.
Galaxy leaned against the wall, twirling a lock of her hair around her finger.
"I was what?" she asked, her voice laced with bitterness.
"Um! Well, you know! You were... you were sweet!!" Aki blurted out, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment.
"Sweet? I don't think I recall..." Galaxy smirked, her eyes flashing with amusement.
"Tst..." Aki grumbled, feeling like he'd just made a fool of himself.
Galaxy suddenly leaned forward, resting her chin on Aki's shoulder from behind.
"But you're right, Aki-kun. I have changed. We both have," Galaxy said, her voice softening as she spoke.
Aki looked at her, his eyes narrowing in suspicion.
"What do you mean?" he asked.
"I mean, we used to be such good friends. We could talk about anything, remember?" Galaxy said, a wistful look crossing her face.
Aki's expression softened slightly.
"Yeah, I remember," he said, a hint of nostalgia creeping into his voice.
