Epilogue

I'm silently walking on the street when someone caught my attention. It's a girl who looks scared while crossing the dark street. I furrowed my brows as I watch her intently while walking. Aside from that, she's walking like a zombie. Looks like something pushed me to follow her.

I don't know why but I just want to make sure she went home safely.

Mabuti at nasundan ko siya. If I didn't follow her, may masama ng nangyari sa kaniya. Goons just surrounded her. As an acting hero, I jumped immediately to where she is and saved her from that danger.

"Sleep tight. You're safe." I whispered at her while keeping her from falling down.

Looks like she fainted. She's now sleeping like a princess caught in his prince's arms. I know that carrying her will be the first thing I should do, but I didn't. Instead, I took out my phone and capture her sleeping face before carrying her.

Doon ko lang napagtantong may lagnat siya. Mabuti at dala dala niya 'yung wallet niya kaya nahulaan ko na kung saan siya nakatira.

She's living on our apartment.

I smirked.

I am busy scrolling on my news feed when someone hugged me from behind. Nasa rooftop ako ngayon ng Xavier, with my girlfriend, Cassidy. Yes. I already have a girlfriend and I'm loyal to her.

"Babe, picture tayo.." she said.

Mahinang tango lang ang sinagot ko. She positioned the camera to take a selfie. I am on the verge of smiling when someone caught my attention again.

It's a girl again surrounded by boys at the private court.

"I'll be back.." I told my girlfriend.

Someone acted inside me irrationally. Nagmamadali akong bumaba para puntahan ang babaeng 'yon. Hula ko ay hindi 'yon nag-aaral dito sa Xavier. And that boys surrounding her is the well known perverts in this university. I'm the SSG President of the Senior High Department and I should know well.

"Touch her and you'll be kick out in this school. Leave her and you'll stay. Now choose, morons." Agad kong sabi sa mga lalaking 'yon.

Natakot din ang mga kumag. Napangisi ako.

"Thank you. Thank you for saving me before and now." The girl muttered.

Napalingon ako sa kaniya at nagsalubong ang kilay. Tinitigan ko siya ng maigi.

She seems really familiar.

She scratched the back of her neck, "Hindi ba ikaw 'yon? The guy from that night. Yung tumulong sa 'kin."

Actually, I already know it was her. It was Giziel Mae Valencia, the girl I saved that night. I just want to make sure that she's really her so I pretended I didn't recognize her.

"Ah, the girl near at my house."

I didn't know she's beautiful like this. She has this angelic face that would make you touch it. Napaiwas ako ng tingin. I can't look at her like this. May girlfriend na ako.

Hinatid ko siya sa room niya. I want to make sure she reached that room safe. Knowing that she's not a student here in Xavier, she doesn't know the different paths in this school.

I don't know what has gotten to me. Nakangiti lang ako habang nagk-klase kami. That girl keeps entering my mind without permission.
