9 I A night with the silver stars

[Y/N's POV] - After round one- 

(I am so so sorry for not updating, first, I had no ideas, second, my brain just stopped working, third, schoolwork, and lastly, I had a lot of things on my plate, but here's chapter nine!)

I followed Zac and his team out the door as the first-round matches ended. I pumped my fists up in the air.
"Man" I stretched my limbs. " how long have we been sitting there?" I wondered. It sure felt like a long time. Orochi stopped next to me and shrugged. 
"Probably for 4 hours" Orochi spoke in his normal monotone. I sweatdropped, typical. Zac clapped his hands together. 
"Look! There's twinkle toes!" I turned to the direction he was looking at, he was right. Walking towards us was beigoma. Daigo was trying to break a fight between Honcho and Wakyia, Shu was trying to figure out why those were his friends, and Valt was sulking, staring at the ground. 
"Valt seems off" Orochi noticed beside me. I nodded in agreement. 
"I wouldn't blame him, did you see what happened during their first match?" I remembered, Valt was so excited to compete in the team tournament that he didn't reason with his team, and went into the match unaware he was up against Quon Limon, and lost.  
"Hey guys!" I smiled and gave them a small wave. Valt didn't look up. Wakyia and Honcho stopped arguing and turned their attention to me. 
"Hey Y/N" Shu was the first to speak. "You did great out there today" I blushed at the comment, embarrassed and flattered. 
"She sure did! BRILLIANT!!!" Zac grabbed ahold of my shoulders and shook me, catching me off guard. "Lucky for us, she wasn't a part of a team so we snatched her!" Zac gave them a happy thumbs up. I blinked, a sweat tear going down my cheek. Can this guy calm down for a second? Shu flinched.... like... flinched. I guess he was thinking about how I was left out of their team. But everything worked out... right? I heard Orochi's bubblegum pop in the background. 
"Yeah... lucky for you" Honcho replied awkwardly. Zac leaped onto his toes and twirled around, then posing like a star. 
"Now now, don't get jealous!" He winked. I sweatdropped. Oh boy. Zac then touched my shoulder and waved at the beyclub. "Now if you excuse me, I'm taking my team out for a buffet dinner, celebrating our victory!" 
"It's only the first match" I heard Orochi mutter. Zac shook his finger "no" at Orochi and twirled towards him, catching him off guard. 
"now, now, just accept the invitation!" He beamed. "It's on me, anyway" Orochi sighed. 
"Fine" I smirked, amused. This guy can be strange sometimes, both of them. 
"Did someone say BUFFET?!" I turned my attention to the voice, Valt hopped out of sad mode when he heard the word buffet. "I wanna come!!!" His voice was almost begging. I scratched the back of my neck, sweatdropping. This guy is something else as well, my god. Zac frowned and shook his head. 
"It's for the Silver stars only!" He gave Valt jazz hands, which got him sulking again, this time, it was about the buffet. 
"Hey! Aren't you guys going up against the sword flames next?" I asked quickly, changing the subject. Shu gave me a small nod. 
"Yeah, and Xander" he murmured. "And you're up against the beasts, right?" 
"Yep!" I gave him a thumbs up and a smile. The team with Ken. I really missed his puppets. He was so strong in his match today, and his captain... Ben Azuki. Was it just me, or did their names rhyme? I shrugged the thought off. 
"Their nothing to worry about" Orochi stepped in, with his monotone voice. Shu frowned, unconvinced. I couldn't believe those two are really talking to each other, rare. 
"Ben scored pretty high last year in the nationals" Shu reminded us. "He and his bey beast betromoth" I only remembered his bey was strong, and that he barely says anything, he was quite scary. I real beast. 
"I got this" I assured him. "Nothing I can't handle" 
"THAT'S THE SPIRIT!" Came a loud bellow. It even startled Zac. We turned our attentions to a giant sized man, he was wearing red and black, he was tall, and had red spikey hair. Xander.
