2.8 | Sunbat United

the training room was crowded with BC Sol members as they chatted away with each other and waited for Trad to make the announcement. They overheard Django and Stan talking on the bleachers as the group passed. 

"those newbies think they can walk in and take our spot? I think not!" Django sniffed. "We are BC Sol's top members, we will always, always, be on the top team." Y/N frowned, but they decided to ignore them and walk ahead. Well.. except Free. The blonde turned his body towards the two bladers on the bleachers with an expressionless look. 
"I heard one of them beat you in a battle yesterday." He remarked flatly. Django froze and turned his head towards his captain. Stan stared at Django nervously. "I cannot have that on my team, Django." The onyx-eyed boy shrugged. Without another word, he turned and followed Y/N and her friends. 
"tch," Django folded his arms and sat back down. 

"So, you guys are from DC Ruby? They nearly beat the Raging Bulls last year." Free sparked a conversation with the DC Ruby members as they found empty spots on the bleachers to sit down. Ryu nodded slowly. 
"Yeah, but their entire roster has changed this year." The boy folded his arms as he exchanged looks with the other three members. "We were forced to leave because the owner no longer had any need for us, since he was so blinded by how strong his new recruits were, he abandoned us, abandoned me." Free looked rather surprised at this. The boy frowned. 
"The owner was like a father to Ryu" Allistor explained. "He took him in." 
"That must've been hard, leaving." The four nodded at the same time. Y/N decided to cut into the conversation with a smile. 
"Well, now you have us! And we will be strong enough to beat them this year and show them just how strong you guys are" The (h/c) haired girl's eyes sparkled. 
"Y/N." She turned at the sound of her name. Free and Ren exchanged looks and then made eye contact with her. "We will face Shu's team too, they will be the biggest competition, The Raging Bulls." Free pointed out. "You will have to work your hardest if you want to beat them." 

He's right. 

Shu was now on the Raging Bulls. The top team in the world. He's in America. 

"Don't worry about that now, we still have time." Free's voice cut into her thoughts as she shook herself. "We have to focus on beating everyone else in our way." Ren nodded in agreement. 

"If it's Shu you miss, we can go visit him and say hi after this friendly match, I'm sure Kris wouldn't mind if it's only for a day." The black and white-haired boy added, his eyes sparkled. Haru jumped in excitement and Ryu smiled. 
"We'll go too! I've always wanted to see how the Raging Bulls train, so I can be as strong as them!" Haru beamed. 
"I'll also tag along," Free spoke in his emotionless tone. 
"Oh, but aren't you the captain? You should be here with your team, also I didn't think you were interested in traveling." Y/N joked. The blonde shrugged. 
"If I'm the only one in this group here then it'd be pretty boring without proper competition. Besides, I wanna meet this legendary Shu Kurenai." Free frowned as his aura became darker. "If he's a threat to my throne then-"
"Yeah, okay you can tag along." The rest of the group sweatdropped. "We get it" The onyx-eyed boy shrugged again. 
"sweet." 

"Thank you for your patience! As you might have heard, The team named Sunbat United has challenged us to a friendly match. They are the other team representing Spain in case some of you were wondering who they were, and we need two more bladers to stand beside Free De La Hoya and go up against SunBat United." Trad announced from the center of the training room. He was scrolling through his tablet. "Despite already having the bladers chosen, the owner has informed me that the owner of Sunbat United has requested we put his chosen bladers into the lineup." Some of the members gasped in disbelief.

"The owner can do that? Who does he think he is? We arent even his team!" Alexis exclaimed. Free shrugged. 
"Depends on who he has chosen, I will protest." The blonde muttered.

"At first, I was against this, but it turns out that the owner wanted to fight these specific bladers because they were his rivals and friends." 

Huh?

"These bladers, he has chosen, will be Valt Aoi, and Honcho." 
"AW YEAH!" Valt screamed, jumping up and down. 
"Yeah Dude! We're on the team!" Honcho nudged him excitedly. 

"ugh" Free winced. "fine." Ren and Y/N turned to look at him with a small grin. 
"what? can't stand Valt or Honcho?" 
"well, I'd rather have you two on the team so it can be like old times." The blonde sighed. "It's fine. I'll crush SunBat United." 

"Impossible!" Django stormed toward Trad with an angry expression. "I'm supposed to be on the team fighting Sunbat United, me and Stan are the best bladers here!" Trad remained calm and turned away from the lavender-haired boy. 

"Maybe before the new recruits came." Free stood up from the bleachers and stared at Django who was across the room. His expression was dull and emotionless, but scary. "And plus, it wasn't Trad's choice, remember?" He added in his monotone voice. Django looked furious, but finally gave up and stormed back to the bleachers, sitting back down next to Stan. The blonde sighed and also sat back down. 

"Thank you, De La Hoya." Trad sighed. "Well, you guys are dismissed." 

"I'll go ask Kris if we can travel for a bit after this," Free added, turning to the group. Y/N and the other five gave a thumbs up.
"Hey, Free?" The (e/c) eyed girl called out to the boy who was about to leave. The blonde turned around and raised a brow. "Who's Sunbat United's Owner?"
"I was wondering that too" Ren nodded. 

"Wakiya Murasaki."

"Wakiya???"
