"Soo?" He asked
"Yes, let's get it" I replied
"Seriously?" He questioned
"Yes" I replied
I didn't expect it but he picked me and twirled me around like in the movies.
"We are getting a house" he said
"We are" I replied excitingly
"I can't believe this is all happening in the same year. Our wedding, the twins and a house" he said
"Wow, all in one year" I replied
So much has happened this year and there is still so much of the year left
"I'm going to contact the seller and see how long it will take. I hoping we can move in before the twins arrive" he said
"Everything is happening so fast" I replied
We would go from wedding to straight to honeymoon and come back by end of may. Then right after we would have to move in within 3 months before the babies come.
I walked out to the backyard again and I pictured all of us in the pool teaching the twins how to swim. I can imagine them going down the slide and Stefan right there ready to catch them, or Stefan throwing them in the water with their little arm floaties on
"Hey, so I contacted the seller and he said if everything were to go smoothly we would be able to move in by end of June" He said
"Seriously?" I questioned
"Yeah and while we are on our honeymoon, Matthew will take care of anything we need that involves the house, so we won't have to worry on our trip. The only thing I will have to do is sign stuff online and send it in which won't take more than 5 minutes." He replied
"Good, because our honeymoon is not getting ruined" I said
"Come on, let's go pick up dinner and go home" He said
"Okay" I replied
We headed home and decided we were just going to make dinner. I took pictures of the house, so we can plan out where everything goes and what we will need to change
"Okay, I want to change the kitchen cabinet colors. We will keep the marble white countertops but let's change the cabinets to a green, like a sage green" I said showing the kitchen I found on pinterest
"I like that, it adds more color" He replied
"Okay and then the family room is fine we just need to add a new paint color to match with the furniture" I said
"Is this the color of the whole house?" He asked
"Yes" I replied
"Well, we need to find one that will go with everything" I replied
"Let's find one before we leave because by the time we are back at least some of the house will be painted instead of none" He said
"Don't we have to talk to the seller?" I asked
"Yeah, but I bet I can see if he is willing to let us start renovating the house. The house is completely empty and he moved out already, so he might let us" He replied
"Okay" I said
We ended up watching a movie and went to bed.
The next morning Stefan called the the seller
"Okay, so I called him" Stefan said
"And?" I questioned
"Well, he wants to meet up with us to go over the asking price and everything" He replied
