I finished signing the discharge papers. We were finally ready to take Ella home and I was excited but I wish that Elijah could come too.
It is scary knowing your first kid has a very scary heart defect and he could possible die in surgery. I can't lose him before we even get to meet him that well. He was so cute and innocent, this shouldn't happen to him
I waited almost 20 minutes for stassie to come back but she hasn't yet. I texted her but she hasn't answered her phone. I grab the bag and head upstairs to the nicu. I walk down the hall to see it empty. I peer through they window to see if she was inside the nicu but instead it was a nurse. I put on the scrubs and go inside the room
"Excuse me" I asked the nurse
"Yes" she replied
"Did you see a women, around 5'9 5'10 with a baby girl in her hand?" I asked
"No sir I have not. I just started my shift" she said
"Do you know who the previous nurse was?" I asked
"Yes, Linda was the previous nurse. She already left the hospital" she replied
"Okay thank you" I said
I went over to Elijah's crib but he was gone
"Where's my kid?" I asked
"What do you mean" she questioned
The nurse came over to see the empty crib.
The nurse pressed a button which announced a 911 page to the nicu.
"Sir we will find your son" the nurse said
"Find my son" I semi yelled
There were other babies here, I couldn't yell right now either how badly I want to.
Some nurses came over and the nurse started talking.
"Sir, security is on their way. We will check the footage and I called Linda the previous nurse and the cops" she said
"Hurry up" I said
I pulled out my phone and looked at the tracking app to see where she is. Her ring says last location here.
Whoever kidnapped my wife and kids blocked the signal.
I called Matthew and informed him what happened so we can get some of my men to come and help find him.
"Sir, I'm officer Jax please come with us" he said
We went downstairs to the security camera room and he went through the security footage.
We watched the footage and whenever stassie was standing was a blind spot, but Isabella walked the same path in a nurse uniform
"Do you know this nurse?" Officer Jax asked Nurse Linda.
"No, I've never seen her before" she replied
