I looked at the sheets, I was bleeding. I hit the small alarm on my nightstand that Matthew connected to the gatehouse, and the guest house where matthew was staying. It was a silent alarm but to them it was a loud alarm.
I heard loud banging from downstairs, it was them and I tried getting up but it hurt. I'm shocked Madeline is still asleep
The first one to my room was a guard, who has his gun out. Couple guards came in as well then matthew came in with his pajamas on.
"What's happening?" Matthew asked
"I'm bleeding" I said moving the blanket
"Shit" he mumbled
"You two help me up, one of you, nicely wake up Samantha and tell her what's happening and take Madeline with you." I said
The two guards helped me up and one guard took Madeline to Samantha. They helped me downstairs and into the car
"Ahh fuck" I shouted as a contraction happened. I was never mean to give birth, this kid will rip me from the inside and out.
"I'm going as fast as I can" matthew said
"Go damn faster" I yelled
The pain was a mix of contractions and something else.
Once we reached the hospital we were rushed to a room where doctors checked what's happening.
"Get Dr. Warner now" another doctor ordered
"What's happening?" I questioned in pain
"Anastasia, your placenta abrupt and now we will be taking you into emergency surgery for a c-section. Your baby is coming today" a doctor said
"What, no he has another 2 months. I can't do this, I need Stefan, I can't do this alone" I exclaimed
"Well he wants to come now, he is at a good age and can survive in the nicu. Don't worry we got you and the baby" she said
"Where's Dr. Warner?" I questioned
"She's on her" she replied
"Would you like him to be in the room?" a nurse asked pointing to matthew
"Yes" I replied. I couldn't do this alone, never. I didn't have stefan.
"Ok, so we're going to do a c-section you won't feel anything" she said
"Ok" I replied
They prepared me for surgery and there is a chance I can die in this surgery but it's not a big chance. Dr. Warner and I were talking about doing a c-section because my body wouldn't be able to handle the labor part
"Someone fill me in, what's happening to my patient?" Dr. Warner asked rushing in with her scrubs on
"Her placenta abrupt and she is prepared for a C-section
"Ok, is she prepped?" Dr. Warner asked
"Yes" another doctor replied
"Ok, let's get this little guy out so he can meet his mommy" she replied
She started the procedure and was asking me questions
"Have you picked out a name for the little one?" She asked
"Yeah" I replied
"I bet it's an amazing name" she said
There was some small talk between doctors and nurses
"Ok, and here comes the little guy" dr. Warner said pulling him out and bringing him closer to me.
"He's perfect" I said
