I looked to see who was at the door. It was Rebecca
"Mother, what are you doing here?" Stefan asked
"I needed a break from your father" Rebecca replied
"You couldn't go to one of the other estates in France?" He asked
"No, I also wanted to see my grandkids" she replied
"They are currently sleeping, I'll have Maria prepare you a room" Stefan said
"Ok" she replied
Stefan called Maria, one of the maids. We decided to need one because of how big this place is, plus having the twins it's hard to manage everything.
"I'm going to check on the twins" Rebecca said
"You sho- and she's gone" I said
"How long do you think she's gonna be here?" I asked Stefan
"I don't know, hopefully not long" he replied
I got a message on my phone and it was Janelle. It was my signed beauty contract.
I would now be one of the faces of Louis Vuitton. I'll be the fave of Louis Vuitton for years. This is gonna be so exciting
I heard the babies crying and I go upstairs to see Rebecca playing with the twins
"Rebecca, they were sleeping" I said
"One time won't mess up their schedule" she replied
"Yes it will, they are jet lagged and I want them to go back to their normal schedule" I said
"I'll help" she replied
"It's fine, let me put them back to bed" I said
I grabbed Elijah from her and put him back to sleep.
We all went back downstairs, letting them sleep.
"What did father do?" Stefan asked
"He's been getting on my nerves and I needed to get out" Rebecca replied
"Ok" Stefan said
"I'm going to make some ice tea. Would anyone like one?" I asked
"I'll take one" Rebecca said
"No thank you Cherie" Stefan said
I grabbed the cups and put ice in it. I grabbed the bottle and poured in two glasses.
"Here you go" I handed Rebecca her drink. I sat back down next to stefan
"Where is this from?" Rebecca asked
"Umm the market" I replied
"Of course it is" she mumbled
I raised my eyebrows in shock to hear what she said. This ice tea was very expensive and really good for the body.
"Is something wrong?" I asked
"Oh nothing" she replied
"What you're not happy it isn't hand made?" I questioned
"It's not worth the fight" Stefan whispered to me
"No I thought you would care much more for your body instead of buying it from the store" she said
Keep calm stassie, keep calm
"Actually the tea is very good for you. It has antioxidants, organic and very good for the skin and body. I specifically bought it for these reason" I said trying to not give any attitude.
