Chapter 118

(Yeah I was gonna add a title but there too many events so I am gonna keep it just the chapter)

Night before Stassie's birthday 

Stefan has been very helpful during these days leading up to my birthday. He has been taking care of the twins more so I can relax. Stefan has also been taking over the party planning. I keep asking him what he is going to do but he won't spill anything

"What can I expect tomorrow?" I asked

"Not going to tell you" He replied

"Whatever" I said

I finished getting ready for the night and the twins were already asleep so I had time to go in detail and take my time. 

"I can't believe I am going to be 25" I said

"Halfway to 50" Stefan replied

"Don't say that, ever" I said hitting stefan

"Fine, but its true. Keep being in denial" he replied

"shh" I shushed him putting my finger onto his lip to shush him. Once I was done with my night routine, Stefan and I watched a movie downstairs. 

"Are you throwing a giant party?" I asked

"Won't say" He replied

"It is family only?" I asked

"Stop asking questions" He replied

"Fine" I said 

We watched the movie and by the end of it, Stefan came around with cranky twins and a chocolate cupcake

"Guess who's birthday it is" Stefan said holding the twins and a cupcake which I am shocked to see

"It's mama birthday, can you guys say mama" Stefan said

None of them were willing to say it because they are tired.

"Blow out your candle cherie" He said. I blew out the candle wishing for another great year.

There would only be a limited amount of great years

"Come on let's get these cranky twins back to bed" I said

We got up and put the twins back to bed. I ate the cupcake and Stefan and I headed to bed

"Happy birthday Cherie, I love you" Stefan said

"I love you too" I replied

We both fell asleep peacefully and the twins have been sleeping through the night which is great so we get more sleep. 

I woke up the next day to see Stefan wasn't next to me. I check the twins room and they aren't there either. I go downstairs to see the twins in their high chairs eating eggs and sliced strawberries. 

"I thought you're going to sleep more" Stefan said

"Well, I am up" I replied

"Go sit on the chair, your breakfast is almost ready" He said

"Ok" I replied

I pulled the high chairs towards the bar stool I was sitting, next to to the kitchen island. 

"Do you guys like your eggs?" I question

"Ya" Ella said causing me to go in shock. She has been saying more stuff lately like moo, mama, dada, no, and now she just said yes

"She said yes" I excitedly said 

"Do you like your eggs?" I asked Elijah

"No" He replied eating them causing me to laugh
