I heard the doorbell rang in my unit which made open the door revealing the owner of the condominium in front of me.

"Good morning sir", I greeted him and he bowed

"I'm here to give this back at you", he handed me a cheque which was the full payment of my Dad's secretary for buying my condo unit

"Why?", I stated at him

"There's an interested buyer who doubled the price you've paid", he answered

"How much do you need? I'll pay"

"You're only a student who've part-time job and you've guts to ask me of how much I need? Why? Do you have a large amount of money to offer?", he furrowed his brows and continued

"I'm going to let you stay here and prepare your things to move out until sunday", he didn't bother to listen on what I was going to say and just quickly left

"Who was it?", Mina suddenly appeared behind the door and hugged me from my back

"Did you heard us?", I asked

"No"

I pulled her to the kitchen and cooked for our breakfast.

"I'm so lucky to be your girlfriend", she pouted

"Why?", I asked and just smiled bitterly at me.
