Naomi

There was nothing in me but disgust. As I ran up the driveway I wanted to vomit, I couldn't believe this. This wasn't real. I made my way into the house not caring that I slammed the door and threw my keys onto the counter.

"Naomi? Is that you?" Nick's voice called. I continued walking the tears falling freely as I was trying to make a bee line for the room, I just wanted to get my things and leave. "Naomi- what the fu.ck happened to you?!" Nick exclaimed as she saw me more clearly. I didn't look at her, I knew what I looked like. Red puffy eyes, smeared make up and probably a wet mess. It just so happened to begin pouring as I made my way home. The sky seemed to mock me in my worst troubles.

"Hey guys im- Naomi what the hell!" Jordan said running over to my side. I saw her arms wrap around me but I didn't feel anything. Everything felt numb, I couldn't feel their touch only see it. "Can you tell us what the fu.ck happened ?" Jordan said extremely rushed as her eyes scanned over me up and down. I sighed, I had to get this out. I looked up at them, and sympathy was written all over their faces. I took a breath my throat feeling extremely harsh from all the crying I did on the way over here. I looked back at them, their eyes waiting patiently as I gathered as much courage as I could to tell them.

"Matty....h-he kissed Gemma." I said feeling a whole new batch of tears brimming. Saying it out loud cut a new wound in me, for some reason the sting felt harder, the burn was more fierce, and the realization was clear.

"That fu.cking wanker!" Nick screamed throwing her hands in the air. She was angry I knew it, I could see it in the change of her expression.

"Naomi I...I'm so sorry." Jordan said with her own tears falling now. I looked up at her nodding my head, as she hugged me.

"I know you're pissed Naomi but I think you deserve to know." Nick said as she took a seat on the kitchen chair. I looked up at her sniffling softly, what more could go wrong.

" Naomi I want you to know that I wanted to tell you that something happened with Matty and Gemma before," Nick spoke softly as he eyes were kept on me the whole time. I didn't even flinch, I stared looking right at her, the tears brimming once again and I wished I would just stop crying already.

"W-what do you mean?" I said taking a deep breath. Nick paused placing her hands down on the marble counter,

"When they had the show at the palladium something happened, I don't know what but something occurred between Matty and Gemma. And I wanted him to tell you because obviously you're my best mate. I care about you but I thought he should be the one to tell you." Nick said looking over at Jordan who just couldn't believe it like me.

"He never told me this." I said shaking my head with disbelief. But how could I know, i just saw him kissing his ex girlfriend, and I know Nick would never lie about this.

"That fu.cking prick, I told him to tell you because you don't deserve this Naomi. I love Matty but you are a good person, and I care for you." Nick said only bringing more tears to my eyes.

"Why did he do this?! What did I do wrong?" I yelled earning a gasp from Jordan. Nick shook her head,

"No don't give me that Naomi, you didn't do anything wrong. You are too good for him that's what is wrong." Nick said, hey wrongs ringing in my ears.

"What are you going to do?"Jordan's soft voice said. I looked at her hopeful eyes with nothing but emptiness. I really didn't know what I was going to do. My mind was racing with memories trying to find where I went wrong.

"Don't try and find an excuse Naomi because there is none. He messed up, big time. He needs to apologize to you, he needs to find you." Nick said placing her hand on mine. And for a moment I was surprised, Nick never did this. And with that fact it made it all more comforting, her outward display of affection was really what I needed.
