"What an adorable scene we have here." The doctor smirks as he enters the room to check on Jungkook's condition. The ravenette smiles shyly and puts a protective arm around the sleeping younger who is hugging his waist tightly.

"You will have to begin the physiotherapy soon. I'm hoping your leg would get it's mobility back and you'd be able to walk properly but because the gun was shot at your knees, maybe it would he hard for you to completely get back to normal." The doctor says after he is done inspecting the wound.

"What do you mean?" Jungkook asks, a little scared of the doctor's answer.

"I mean you can walk around and all easily but running around fast doesn't seem like the best idea to me." The doctor says and Jungkook gulps. What about tennis? He loves tennis. Playing it with Hoseok casually or going for a tournament, both the things are something Jungkook enjoys a lot. Tennis is like a stress reliever for him. What will he do if he can't play?

After telling Jungkook some dos and don'ts, the doctor leaves the room. The ravenette sighs and stares at the younger. So many things go through his mind at the same time. He is sad about not being able to run around and play tennis but he is glad that at least all of them are safe now. They can at least live happily and there is nothing more he could ask for.

Jungkook doesn't realize how much time passes until the younger starts squirming and waking up. Jungkook smiles at him when he opens his eyes. "Good morning, Kookie."

"It's afternoon right now, baby." Jungkook chuckles removing some strands of hair away from the younger's eyes.

"So what? I woke up now so it's morning for me." Taehyung says like a child making the other laugh. The ravenette's eyes fall on the trail of hickies that peak out of the younger's shirt and he can't help but feel proud.

"What are you looking at, Kookie?" Taehyung asks even though he knows the answer.

"Those hickies look beautiful on you, baby. I want you to forever carry my mark like that on you." Jungkook says and touches the hickies gently. Taehyung hisses because of the sensitivity and covers his face with his palm as he gets shy. Jungkook laughs and removes his hands from his face before taking him in a side hug.

They quietly enjoy each other's company but then Taehyung remembers something. He turns to Jungkook and asks, "Jungkook, do you think I can be a singer if I start now?"

"Don't you remember what I told you when we were at my studio, Tae? I said that it's never too late to start anything. We can always work hard and try to achieve our dreams. In the end, we won't have a regret of not trying at least." Jungkook says rubbing the younger's shoulder.

"I guess you're right."

"Why are you asking?"

"I may or may not have got an opportunity to follow my dreams." Taehyung says making Jungkook look at him curiously.

"Really? When? How?" Jungkook asks excitedly.

"The HYBE corporation is planning to launch a new solo artist. They emailed me a few days ago and want me to participate in the talent hunt show." Taehyung tells him every detail that Yoongi shared with him. Jungkook can't help but feel happy about it.

"Taehyung, you should absolutely do it. It's such a great opportunity for you, baby. You are so talented." Jungkook says as he cups his cheeks and boops their nose excitedly. Taehyung smiles too feeling glad that Jungkook is happy for him too.

"You know that day before we ended up at the rooftop, I wanted to tell you about this in the broadcasting room. But we weren't exactly talking and... I never got a chance to talk to you." Taehyung confesses. Jungkook rubs the other's lower lip and says, "In the future, let's yell at each other, Taehyung. Let's just tell each other that we are angry or disappointed but let's not decide not to talk about the problem. If we talk, I'm sure we can find a solution. Shutting each other out can't help us resolve matters."
