Rafael walked toward the shipwrecked submarine.
He climbed up to the top of the sub and opened the hatch.
Then he saw a ladder going down inside the sub.
He got down the ladder and saw a long dark hallway in front of him.
He went down the hallway into the control room.
The control room had a bunch of screens, monitors and chairs and he saw that some control panels were smashed and there were pieces of broken glass on the floor.
Then he walked out of the control room and started looking around the entire submarine.
He saw a small library with a bookshelf full of books.
He saw a pantry with rows of canned food and gallons of drinking water.
Then he saw a walk-in freezer at the end of the pantry.
He opened the door and saw some frozen food products in the freezer.
He kept walking around and found a kitchen with a stove and cupboards with hanging kitchen utensils on the wall.
His eyes opened wide when he found a weapons cache with a long row of guns and ammunition like in 'Terminator 2.'
He walked along the row of guns and saw an empty space between the row of automatic rifles.
(One was missing.)
Rafael looked at the empty space thinking that it seemed odd.
He walked down a hallway to a closed door at the end.
He tried to open the door but it was locked.
He looked on the floor and picked up a key.
He then opened the door with the key and went inside the dark room.
He felt on the wall for a light switch.
He found it and flicked it on illuminating the room.
Then he looked shocked and horrified at what he saw.
He saw a lot of dead bodies on the floor.
The bodies were decaying like they've been there for years.
He saw bullet casings on the ground and saw the missing automatic rifle from the weapons cache, lying on the ground next to one of the bodies.
He looked around and saw medical supplies and first aid kits.
He opened another door and saw a closet with a long row of SCUBA GEAR and OXYGEN TANKS.
Rafael smirked with an idea forming in his mind.
EARLY THE NEXT MORNING, Julieta laid asleep in her bed and then woke up hearing a KNOCK KNOCK on her window.
She looked at her window and saw Rafael standing outside smiling.
