Rats exhibit aggressive behavior when threatened. Rats dwell in cities, suburbs and rural areas. They are capable of thriving in human environments , so they are considered commensal rodents. Rats are known to travel great distances and are wary of unknown objects in their established foraging paths. This skepticism can make trapping a rat particularly difficult for a homeowner. Rats are nocturnal, so are most active at night and during dawn/dusk.
As Rick got to work, he started getting news about a man and a woman who had been going and stealing Government secret records and giving them to the general public.
The police had not been able to find them.
So Rick went and did some research on who the Man and Woman were and found out they had several different names, but their last name that they went by that he could find was Tchaikovsky.
When Rick went and told Nick about them, Nick realized that they were Irina's parents and remembered when he dropped Irina off on the fishing ship.
Rick told Nick that it was a top priority to find and stop them from stealing and spreading more Government records.
Nick got an idea for how to find them and asked Rick for his help with some paperwork to get someone out of jail.
Rick finished the paperwork and handed it to Nick.
Then Nick went to a jail to release the one person that he knew was capable of finding Irina's parents.

They were investigating the murder of two Policemen committed by a factory worker.
The Factory Worker was quickly caught and arrested.
The murder weapon was taken and they interrogated the factory worker.
The Factory Worker told them that the person who had sold him the gun was a young Man in his 20s.
