In a post-apocalyptic flooded world, the last remaining humans live on large Navy aircraft carriers huddled together forming a city. The richest people enslaved and oppressed the rest of the masses to maintain total control and power.

MEANWHILE BACK IN THE SUBMARINE, The twins, Leo, Yumi, Ennio, Victor, Maja and Judith sat around the navigation room inside the submarine.
Alex looked over at Ana and said—
—"You wanna tell em or should I?"
"No. You go ahead."
"All right. Listen up everyone. We didn't wanna say this in front of your Dad. So I'll tell you now." said Alex to Judith and everyone.
Alex began telling them—
—"Simply put, your Dad's plan is built on the assumption that the Government's plan will succeed. Which is flawed, he wants us to try and evacuate as many people as we can from the city. But what we should be doing is making it so there is no need to evacuate people."
Ana said—
—"Because if the Government's plan succeeds, it won't matter where we evacuate to, we won't survive the explosion or the radiation after that."
Alex said—
—"We need to stop their plan. And trying to evacuate as many people as we can won't accomplish that. If anything, it could make it harder for us to stop them if the Police catch us trying to evacuate people."
Ana said—
—"Nothing against your Dad, but we don't know whether what he says about Detective Waters going to stop the detonator is even true."
Alex said—
—"Even if it is true, we can't count on the Detective succeeding. We need to try and look for the nukes ourselves. So here is what I propose: We return to Irina's ship and wait for the Detective to call with the information about where the detonators and nukes are and if he was successful in deactivating them or not. Then we go straight North to find the nukes."
Judith asked—
—"But if there's even the slightest chance that we 'Could' survive the explosion, shouldn't we take it?"
Alex said—
—"We can't fight to not lose, we need to fight to win. It's stop the nukes or bust. Evacuating is a loser strategy. It's what they'll probably be expecting from us. Us going to stop them is something that they won't suspect. And that's the mistake where we need to take advantage."
"Any more questions?" asked Alex.
Maja asked—
—"So, if the Detective doesn't call, are we just supposed to go blindly searching for these detonators all around the city and turn them off?"
"Yes." said Alex.
Maja said—
—"Well, you can count me out, I'm staying with my sister and her family on Irina's ship."
"I'm staying on the ship too." said Victor.
"All right." said Alex.
Then they quickly headed back toward Irina's ship.
