THE LORDS OF THE SHIPS

CHAPTER 8 Embarkment

Captain Gilmour walked toward the fishing ship and started walking onto it. 

The Captain's men started moving everyone onto the ship.

"Move! Let's go! Everyone onto the ship!" ordered the Guard.

Then they all started walking across the drawbridge onto the ship. 

As they went on board, they were given gray work uniforms, one gray folded short sleeve shirt and one gray pair of pants.

"Girls this way, guys this way." ordered the Guard.

One Guard led the line of girls toward the 2nd building while another Guard led the line of guys to the building closer to the drawbridge. 

Alex and Ana gave each other one last look and they were led into the buildings. 

Yumi looked over her shoulder looking for Ana and purposely fell behind in line to be next to Ana. 

Yumi spotted Ana and quickly got behind her in line.

Alex and Ana each walked inside the buildings through 2 large double doors. 

They saw a long hallway with doors on either side like a hotel. 

The doors were a dark green color with black numbers on them. 

The rug on the hallway had a red and black color pattern with triangles. 

At the end of the hall were stairs that went up to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

As they walked through the hallway, the Guards would open the doors and put one guy/girl into each room one at a time. 

Alex and Ana were both one of the last ones in line. 

They went up the stairs to the 2nd and then the 3rd floor. 

Alex watched the Guards putting the guys in front of him into the rooms and saw Daniel walk into a room.

Alex looked at the room number on the door that he had to go into and saw the number 73 written on the door. 

Ana saw Amaia walk into a room on the left side of the hall and then the Guard opened the door right across from the room Amaia went into. 

Ana saw the number 75 written on the door of the room that she had to go into. 

Ana stalled going into the room and looked over her shoulder at Yumi to see which room she would be put into.

Ana saw another Guard open the next door and call Yumi to go inside. 

Yumi looked over her shoulder and Ana looked back at her. 

Ana quickly glanced at Yumi's room number and read the number 77. 

Then Ana and Alex went inside their rooms and the Guards closed their doors. 

They saw some older guys/girls standing in the room looking at them. 

The inside of the rooms were the same as your average hotel room, without any furniture whatsoever. 

There were 2 yellow lights on the wall, a bathroom right next to the door and a small closet with wire hangers hanging in it. 

Alex saw 2 older guys, the oldest one was 17 years old and the other one was 15. 

Ana saw 3 girls, the oldest was 17 and had blond hair. 

The other two girls were 15. 

One Girl had black hair and the other girl had red hair.

The black haired girl was sitting on the floor next to the window looking out the window and didn't even turn her head to look at Ana when she walked in.
