"This is nice. Fancy."

I smiled as I spun around, watching George who had his hands behind his back while looking at the room we stood in.

I asked him to come with me to look at a flat for me and my girls, and he agreed to come.

Inez is watching the girls.

"It's really convincing with the grocery store just brow it." The realtor said. "It's also really close to Sundridge Park Station with links into two London terminals."

I looked at George.

"What do you think?" I asked, approaching him, and he lifted an arm to place it over my shoulders. "Should I do it?"

"That is entirely up to you, my love." He smiled while looking out of the windows of the living room. "But it's nice... it's got a view over a park across the street. There's a playground."

I hummed, placing a hand against his chest.

"Have you got children?"

I looked at the realtor at his question, and smiled.

"I've got two."

The flat had two bedrooms. One of them was quite big so I was thinking the girls could share that one, then I could take the smaller one.

The flat also had two bathrooms, one of them being attached to the big bedroom — the other being connected to the hallway.

"So what do you think?" The realtor asked. "Do you want it? It's available already now. All you need to do is sign some papers and then I can hand you the keys."

I looked up at George who was still looking out of the window.

He seemed fond of the park.

I looked back at the realtor and smiled.

"I'll take it."

"Great!" He clapped his hands together. "Why don't you join me in the kitchen to sign the papers?"

George let go of me and instead walked closer to the windows while pushing his hands into the pockets of his trousers.

At the same time, I followed the realtor into the kitchen where the papers laid on the counter along with a pen.

"Just sign, here and here." He pointed out the different lines and I nodded before picking up the pen.

While I signed them, he found the bundle of keys and put them on the counter.

"There you go." I breathed, putting the pen down.

"And here are the keys." He pushed the keys closer to me and I picked them up. "I'll leave you two to take it all in. If you need anything or have any questions, you have my number."

I nodded and said goodbye before he left the flat. With a smile, I looked down at the keys in my hand, then looked towards George.

"It's only an hour from diagon alley!" I called out, causing him to turn to look at me with a smile. "I should probably install a fireplace, don't you think?"

"Would be a good idea." He smiled. "And until then, there's always apparition."

I hummed, throwing the keys on the counter before I approached him.

He looked really hot today. Wearing a pair of black trousers, a belt to keep them up and a white dress-shirt which was tucked in, but the two top buttons were left open and his sleeves were folded up to his elbows.
