"What are you doing here?"

I was surprised to see Yssa dito sa pamamahay ko. She came in later in that afternoon. Marceline just went home and now Yssa is here.

Buti nalang hindi nagka abot ang dalawa.

"Pinapatawag ka ni Señora. She wants to talk and settle this rumors." Sabi niya sa'kin.

She looked around inside the house.

What's up with these people and wandering their gaze inside my house is becoming a thing?

"You could've just called. Bakit pumunta ka pa dito?"

"I just want to see Shu."

"I still haven't forgiven you for what you did." Giit na sabi ko.

Napabuntong hininga siya. "Alam ko. I'm sorry."

Inirapan ko nalang siya.

"They're in the City, Rahi. Sinusundo kita ngayon." Napatingin ako sa kanya.

"Fine. Ihahabilin ko muna si Shu sa kapitbahay."

"You can bring him. I'll take care of him."

"He has school tomorrow. Ayokong mapuyat siya."

Napangiti si Yssa sa sinabi ko.

"You're really taking care of him like your own brother."

"Of course." I scoffed.

Tinawagan ko si Kinley para bantayan muna si Shu habang wala ako. Masaya naman si Kinley na bantayan si Shu. She just has to bring her stuff here sa bahay para mag gawa ng plates.

Nahiya pa ako nang madisturbo ko siya. But binalewala niya lang 'yun, saying na miss niya ding bantayan ang kapatid ko.

Once we're settled, sumama na ako kay Yssa.

The press weren't here anymore. But the bodyguards are still here. Dinala ako ni Yssa sa kotse na ginamit niya, nakita ko naman ang same driver ni Rohan noong date namin.

"I saw the news. You're a playgirl pala?"

"Shut up. I have a girlfriend."

Mahina siyang natawa. "Yeah, I know."

Tumahimik na din kami pagkatapos 'nun, nakatingin lang ako sa labas ng bintana.

"I really like you back then, Rahi. But you seemed to be not interested in me kasi dahil din kay Ate. But when she died, I saw how you moved on with your life. You're really whipped with your girlfriend."

Napatingin ako sa kanya.

"Marceline is different. I love her more than I loved Issabel."

Tumango naman si Yssa.

"I'm happy for you." Ngumiti ako sa kanya.

"Are you seeing someone now?" I asked her. Umiling naman siya.

Well, Yssa is older than me. She's a college student. But she's working as an assistant for Señora Beatris.

"I'm still hung up on you, so..."

"Ah."

Stupid, Rahi. You should've kept your mouth shut.

Narating namin ang destinasyon namin. It was a luxurious hotel in the City. Pumasok naman kami ni Yssa. She lead me to where the diner is, nakita ko naman si Rohan at Señora na nakaupo sa hindi masyado pansinin na table.
