Maddie shows me a video of her in an elevator. The elevator seems to be shaking and I'm generally shocked she got out without needing any help or assistance.
"Who do you think did that?" I question her and she replies saying she thinks Bruce did it. I don't blame her though, I think it was Bruce too.
Steve walks down the aisle, in between all the bus seats and checks everyone has their seat belt on.
"I didn't realise this was a school trip" I hear Pietro shout from in front of us. I burst out laughing and I can hear a few other snickers in the few rows around me.
Steve ignores Pietro's comment and starts speaking, "the bus ride will be about 2 hours long. I packed food for everyone to share so we will not be stopping on the way".
"Not even for a toilet break!" I hear Tony yell from one of the front seats.
Maddie opens her bag and takes her phone out, "shit. I forgot to put my phone on charge" she complains as she shows me her phone which is low on charge.
"Don't worry" I reach down to open my bag and get out my portable charger.
"You even brang 2 cables? Thank you!" Maddie puts her phone on charge and sits the portable charger and her phone on her lap.
"That's not the only thing I brang" I say with a smirk growing on my face. I dig through my bag and grab out a 2 kg bag of lollies and pass it to her.
Pietro puts his head in between his and Jays seats, "ah pass me some" he wines like a child.
"Be patient will you" I snap back and zip up my bag then put it on the floor in front of me.
"This is humongous!? Where did you even get it from?" Maddie questions as she opens the bag.
"Costco!! I got it yesterday while you were all in the meeting" I explain to her as I grab a lolly snake out of the bag.
Pietro reaches over and grabs 2 handfuls for him and Jay, I hear Jay yell out "thank you!" from in front of me.
"You really need to stop projecting yourself while we are in meetings" Maddie whispers as she grabs a handful of lollies.
"I hear everything Tony and Steve say anyways sooo..." I put a few lollies into my mouth then put the bag back into my bag.
"Fine. Just next time invite me too so I can come" Maddie says as she takes her phone off charge. "Come on, get in the frame" she says as she takes a few photos.
I grab my phone out of my bag and film a tiktok to some aesthetic sound I had saved. Pietro and Jay hear me film a tiktok, because next minute Pietro had super speed to grab my phone and Jay was filming tiktoks on my phone, answering my streaks and adding photos of her and Pietro to my insta story.
I let her have my phone for a few minutes before I burn her slightly and fly out of my seat to take it back. Once I was back in my seat, I heard a yell from the front.
"Kandyce! No flying in the bus! Stay in your seats everyone!!" Steve yells in between chews.
"What are you eating?!" I yell back.
"Chibana. Your not having any!" I hear Tony yell in between chews.
If you actually showed up to team bonding days then you would know that I don't like chibana!" I bicker back as I go through and see who Jay snapped. Tony, Thor, Nat, Wanda, Mara, Maddie, Ariba, Dee, Erika, Flynn. Nobody important.
I check my tiktok to see if she posted anything, and sure has she did. It was just a tiktok of her and Pietro doing the 'new bitch yeah she's bad as hell got long hair' sound with the caption 'phone stolen😍 follow @jaywilliams'. I leave it up since it seems to be getting a lot of attention.
People are commenting stuff like 'where's Kandyce?', 'is Kandyce dead?', 'where are you all going?' but I just laugh it off and reply back to one of them saying 'no. at least i don't think I'm dead?'. I check my insta story and it's flooded with random selfies of Jay and Pietro.
One of the pictures has me in the background, I have a really funny look on my face and I already know that it's going to go viral. It's to late to delete now so I just leave it up.
"Go live" Maddie tells me. So I go live on insta and pretty quickly I have 20k viewers. "Heyyy!!" I say to my viewers. "Invite people to your live!" Maddie tells me, so of course I do.
The first person is a 15 year old girl who seems to have joined the live because she expected Pietro to be there. "Where's Pietro?!" she squeals and I flip the camera around so she can see him. He stretches his head over the seat and smiles then continues talking to Jay.
The next person is a 8 year old boy who wants to meet Steve. "Steve! Since I'm not allowed to get up can you come here" I wine. Steve comes trotting down the aisle and kneels down next to me so his in the frame.
"Hello! What's your name?" he asks the little boy and I can hear the boys mum chuckle even though she isn't in the frame.
"Jackson" the boy stutters through his words. After about 5 minutes of Steve and Jackson talking, I move on to the next person.
The next person is a 16 year old boy. He introduces himself but it doesn't take long before he asks, "where's Mara?". I throw my phone to Mara, trusting that she catches it. She does catch it. She talks to the boy for about 3 minutes before she gets everyone to pass the phone back to me.
The next person is a 47 year old man. As soon as I answer he says, "send some tit and ass pics" and I quickly kick him out of my live.
"I'm sorry about that" I apologise to the viewers but Maddie laughs. I end the live and pick at some lollies again.
