"That sha'll do it" I smile while trying to catch my breath. I look over at Luka, on his horse. He nods and smiles.
"This place looks trashed" he comments. I agree, they haven't cleaned up from the fire that Mara and I absorbed 2 years ago.
"Let's go find someone" I tell him and look over at him for his agreement.
"Wait, did you tell anyone we were coming?" he quickly asks.
"I texted Mara and called Maddie last night, I don't know if they told anyone though" I remark.
"Oh ok" he finishes.
Both of our horses trod up the driveway. I look at the gravel below. "You can fly hun" I tell my horse, thinking that the rocks are probably hurting her feet.
Luka's horse flies over too. We make it to the front door. They have fixed that part up and the large entrance.
I burn the door down with zero effort. Loud alarms go off. "Shit. I didn't think about that sorry" I tell Luka. He laughs.
I make both of us and our horses invisible. Guards come come out of the entrance. We both fly up into the air, the guards on the land below us.
"It would be funny if one of our horses did a shit right now and it landed on one of their heads" I telepathically tell Luka. He bursts out laughing and I shut his mouth with my powers.
I give him a warning look and he nods. "What's the plan?" he asks me after we have flied up so high that nobody will hear us.
"Mara told me their all in sub levels now. I don't know where each of their rooms are though" I tell him. "We will take the stairs since both of us and the horses won't fit in the elevator" I point to my horse.
"Alright, use your powers so they can't hear us too" he reminds me.
"Already on it" I thank him and make us silent.
We fly back down, the guards are now circling the compound. We sneak into the entrance and take the stairs down to sub-level 7. My room.
"Why are we at your room?" Luka asks me, confused.
"I don't really know, I just wanted to see if they had done anything to it" my horse trods back out of my room and into the hallway. Luka follows behind me.
We climb the stairs up to sub level 6. "Maddie's room should be somewhere here" I whisper to Luka. I don't know why I'm whispering though, nobody can hear us thanks to my powers.
I kick a random door down. A confused Corey sits on the bed in the room. "Wh-" they say but I cut them off.
"Shut the fuck up, their gonna hear you" I tell them. "Luka can you stay with them and explain what's going on" I boss Luka. He stays with Corey.
"Lucky guess.." I whisper to myself while my horse kicks another door shut. "Hey bitch, you miss me?" I grin as Maddie stands their in shock.
I kinda forgot the fact that I was on fire right now and that my eyes were dripping lava and so was my hair. Shit. I left a lava trail.
The lava trail is visible.
