I wake up and look around my room. It's fancy, to fancy for my liking. Oh well, it's better then being on Earth. I head down to the great hall, everyone will be heading down for breakfast.
The Asgardian palace is humongous. I've grown up on Asgard yet I still get lost in it's long halls. I walk into the room and see everyone starting to take seats. I sit down next to Luka.
"Good morning" I say as I settle in my chair. I look at him, his been awake for at least two hours.
Good morning" he reaches for some grapes out of the bowl on the table. "Do you like my new top?" he gestures to his clothing.
I look at it. To fancy. "It's amazing! I love the pattern on it" I say as I point at his shirt. Sometimes it's ok to lie, and this was one of those moments.
"Can you please wear something for appropriate for Asgard?" Odin questions me. Odin and I have never gotten along well, I think the happiest memory I have with him was when I showed him my first magic trick Frigga taught me. I was 7 then, I'm now 737.
Leave her alone" Frigga orders Odin, she always has my back. "Your pajamas look lovely" she smiles at me.
I grab a pancake and put some strawberries and maple syrup over the top of it. I see dad smiling at me in the corner of my eye, I'm guessing his happy I didn't bicker back to Odin.
Everything was perfect. The scenery. The food. The people. The weather. It was everything I could ever ask for. It's a lot better then being an avenger.
FACTS offered me the job. I declined of course, that's why I'm on Asgard. Luka also declined. Thor and Loki were kicked from the team. It's all bullshit.
I miss everyone, a lot. Every few months Mara slips past the guards or manages to convince them to let her visit, but other then that I don't see anyone else.
I understand why most of them agreed to it. Pietro, Wanda, Jay and Maddie don't have anywhere else to go. I'm glad I still have Asgard, and I can tell Luka is grateful too.
We finish eating breakfast. Luka and I head up to the library together. I search for a book to read. I know everything about ancient Asgard, Luka does too. I pick out a book about battles and another about Hela.
Luka and I leave and head up to my room since I have a really comfortable nook full of pillows and couches. We spend the next hour and a half reading.
