I woke up to banging at the door of the training room. I don't bother to move as I know what follows. I may have won but I still went unconscious in the end. This could have made me loose. H.Y.D.R.A. doesn't like people who loose. I just don't understand why the agents didn't enter the room yet. Normally they always have a key for the training room. I close my eyes and just wait for fate to come. The last time I didn't win they told me what they would do to me. I may have not failed in 2 years, but H.Y.D.R.A. never forgets. They don't care that they put a 13 year old girl up against the Winter Soldier.
The door finally gives in and the agents rush in. I don't bother to open my eyes or stand up. It's over now. But as soon as I felt an agent shacking me I had to open my eyes. Usually they would just pick me up and throw me into my cell. Opening my eyes I see worried, kind, blue eyes look into mine. The agent tries to talk to me, but I don't understand what he says. I see that his mouth moves but I just can't hear him. He starts shacking me even harder. He looked kind of desperate. And worried. Something has to be wrong. I close my eyes and shake my head, trying to clear the thoughts in it. I try to only focus on the voice of the agent. Maybe he gives me a message from Strucker.
I slowly start to understand the agent. He says something like 'Erika, wake up!' and 'What happened?'. I could be wrong but I think he even asked me how I am. I feel another presence in front of me and open my eyes. It's the soldier. It can't get worse by now so I do what everyone else would have done. I try to get away from him. I think I saw a hurt look on his face, but I must be wrong. I hear the soldier say something like 'It is the brainwashing, it's still in her.' I look over to the agent again. He keeps talking to me but I just don't understand him. I try to just not think, but something the agent said made me see something. I saw memories. But not the usual ones of me and mum, no, this are different memories. I see a lot of people. We all sit together in a living room, I think that is a living room, and talk. I see a lot of other pictures and moments in front of my eyes. I shock my head again, trying to see what is right and what wrong. After a few seconds I look up to him. "Hey dad", I said quietly, sending him a small smile.
