Maddie runs off, her last words were that she was going to find Bruce and for me to wait for her.
I stand around for a bit but I quickly realise there's no use in doing that so I jog to some of the fires scattered across the theme park.
I head over to the 'Fantasy Land' area. People are screaming, shouting and running in all different directions. I hesitate for a bit before I actually do anything.
I fly into the air and take a quick glimpse at the fire. There's a few thousand people below me, I'm not going to be able to do anything until I get at least half of these people out of here.
"Everyone listen!" I use my powers to project my voice louder so almost everyone can hear me. "There's no use in running in all directions ok! Uhh-" I hesitate, trying to pick the right words without making everyone even more stressed.
I eye a side exit to the park. Aha! "Alright so the avengers and I have it all under control! But to help us do our jobs, we need to get you all evacuated" I say while flying over to the side exit that I want them all to leave through.
I'm hovering about 19 metres in the air above the side exit. "Ok everyone, try and stay as calm as possible and make your way to this side exit" I yell as I fly down and land on the floor, guiding all the civilians out of the theme park.
I feel something strange on going on under ground. A few civilians seem to notice me looking at the floor funny because they stop moving, causing the lines to
stop. I notice the line stopping so I look up at everyone and smile.
I fly up into the air to see how the lines are moving. I spot a little girl crying, she seems lost so I swoop down and pick her up then go back into the air.
Hey have you lost your parents?" I ask her, trying to put on my most comforting voice on. She nods. I close my eyes, trying to find 2 parents who look as close to her as possible.
I find 2 people, same hair, same eyes. They are freaking out and calling the little girls name, one of them is holding another baby in their hands.
I fly to where I saw the parents and land on the ground with the little girl in my arms. "Here you go. Stay safe but I gotta go" I fly back up into the air, not even giving them enough time to thank me.
I start shivering. Why am I shivering? I'm literally on fire? I don't have anymore time to think because a second bomb goes off underground where all the civilians are.
My first instinct is to use my powers to lift the heat and energy up and absorb it. I do it milliseconds and nobody is injured. A few people didn't even realise a bomb went off.
Every civilian is out of the theme park and running to their cars or rides home. I land on the ground and collapse instantly. I'm exhausted.
My vision has gone blurry, I keep trying to use my powers to fix it but it's no use. I'm on my hands and knees. I hear voices so I look up in front of me.
Two large, muscly men are coming my way. They seem friendly so I don't question it. They pick me up with ease and bring me to one of the many Disneyland first aid rooms.
