"I miss Masen and Colette so much already" I said as Edward and I approached the Cullen house causing Edward to chuckled. We entered the house and walked upstairs to the living room. "Wow. Done already? Break a lot of stuff?" Emmett said smugly as Edward and I entered the room. "Emmett" I said as I glared at him and he chuckled.
Footsteps entered the room and I turned to see Bella and Christopher. "Hey lovebirds. Been hours since we'd seen you" Emmett teased. "Emmett, no" Bella said as she shook her head and he chuckled along with Carlisle. "Where are Masen and Colette?" I asked. "Outside. Your mom and blondie stole them" said Jacob as he and Leah were stood by the window.
The began to rang and Bella stepped forward. "Is that Charlie again?" she asked and Carlisle nodded. "It's been a month now Bella. We need to tell him you're gone" said Carlisle and Bella nodded as Christopher walked over and wrapped an arm around her waist, kissing her temple. "Ok, we'll do it tomorrow" she said, a look of sadness on her face.
"It'll be ok Bells" I said as I looked at her and she gave me a sad smile. "I hope so" she whispered. "I'm gonna miss this place" Emmett said standing up. "We'll come back. We always do" Carlisle said and I sighed. "Wait...no one said anything about leaving" said Leah. "Once people believe the girls are dead we can't risk anyone seeing them" said Carlisle as he looked at her.
"So you just disappear?" Jacob said. "Jacob, we don't have another choice" said Edward as he looked at him. Jacob looked at Leah before the two of them left the house. I heard footsteps enter the room as I smelled my moms scent. I turned and saw her and Rosalie entering the room holding Masen.
"Hi!" I said happily as Masen and Charlotte giggled as they reached out for Edward and I. I took Masen into my arms and kissed his cheeks all over. "Mmmm! Oooo I love you my little man" I said as I held him and he giggled as I tickled under his neck. I leaned over and kissed Colette on the cheek before I looked at Edward.
"It's a beautiful day out. Should we go for a walk?" I asked and he nodded. "But I think they're hungry" said Edward as he bounced Colette in his arms. "What are their diets?" I asked as I turned to Carlisle. "For the time being we've been giving them blood since that's the only thing they consumed during your pregnancy" said Carlisle and I nodded.
"Is it human blood?" I asked and Carlisle nodded. "But I'd suggest we wean them onto animal blood as soon as possible. We don't want them to develop a taste to human blood and have that be the only blood they hunt for" said Carlisle and I nodded. "Have you tried giving them human food?" I asked. "Not yet but it's worth a try" said Carlisle.
"Let's get them something to eat" said Esme as she smiled at Masen and Colette before Edward and I followed her into the kitchen where she pulled out a blood bag from the pantry before opening two bottles. She emptied half the bag into one bottle before emptying the rest into the other. She screwed the caps back on before walking over to Edward and I.
"Serena, are you ok being around the human blood?" Esme said hesitantly and I nodded. "Yeah" I said and she handed me one of the bottles for Masen. I placed the tip in his mouth before he held onto the bottle with his hands as he gulped it down. Within minutes, Colette and Masen had finished. I giggled as Masen gave a little burp before Edward and I walked out of the house.
We sat in a spot under the trees and I saw a slight glisten to Colette and Masen's skin similar to Edward and I's. Masen wrapped his hand around my index finger as he looked up at me. "I love you so much my niñito" I said as I gave him an Eskimo kiss causing him to giggle. "And I love you so much too my pequeña princesa" I said as I looked over at Colette.
I looked up and saw my mom approaching us with what looked to be an envelope and a box. "Bebita, do you have a moment?" said my mom and I nodded. "You ok with both of them?" I asked and he nodded as he took Masen from me. I stood up and walked away with my mom to a small private place in the woods. She sat down on the grass and I sat beside her.
"I have something for you" she said before handing me the envelope. "What's this?" I said as I smiled and she smiled back. "Just read it" she said and I chuckled before opening the envelope.

Welcome to motherhood my darling. I am beyond joyed to be able to be by your side as you commence this new journey in your life. Masen and Colette have been blessed in having you as their mother. You went through a lot to not only carry Colette and Masen, but to bring them into the world by putting your life on the line. After seeing all of this, I know you will be the best mother in the world to them. I know I didn't provide the best example of what a mother should be but I know you will do an amazing job. Masen and Colette will be raised in a loving home where they will be cherished and protected for the rest of their lives. I cannot wait to see how you develop as a mom as they grow older and see your relationship grow with them as they do. I love you so much my bebita. Congratulations.

"Mom!" I said before reaching over and hugging her. "I also got you this" she said as she pulled the box out. "It's a memory box you can store all their firsts in. First lost tooth, first haircut, any baby photos. Something to look back on" said my mom as she handed me the box and I smiled. "It's perfect" I said before hugging her once more.
My mom and I walked back over to Edward where I took Colette into my arms as my mom grabbed Masen from Edward. "¡Oh, Masen, podría devorarte, eres tan adorable! ¡Eres mi pequeño y guapo príncipe! (Oh my Masen I could gobble you up you are so adorable! You're my little handsome prince!)" said my mom as she kissed his cheeks and he giggled.
"You two need to make sure you teach them Spanish" said my mom as she looked at Edward and I causing us to chuckle. "Of course we will Angelica. We'll teach them every language in the world" said Edward. "You need to teach me first so I can teach them" I said as I giggled and he laughed. Carlisle's scent caught my attention and I turned to see him approaching.
"Hey Carlisle. Say 'hi grandpa!'" I said as I waved Colette's little hand at Carlisle and he smiled before he turned to us, his smile disappearing. "We have a problem" he said and I scrunched my eyebrows before turning to Edward.
