"But you can't keep him in the church service!" Phil exclaims to his father after the whole Dan malarkey.
Once they got home Phil made it quite obvious that he was not pleased with Dan being part of the church now.

Well why would he be? Dan certainly had no idea of personal space and was acting way too inappropriate inside a church.

His father sighs and looks up from his newspaper. "I don't see what the problem is Phil? Dan seems like a respectable boy, he just needs a few strings attached." He replies, making Phil's body boil with anger and frustration.

Was it really not that obvious what Dan's intentions were?
Is his father really that blind to see the evil glint in Dan's eyes?

Clearly only Phil could see it, from the moment they both met he could tell that Dan was trouble. From the moment they caught eyes across that street, he knew.

Phil shakes his head and let's out an inhuman groan. "I can't believe you're actually going to keep him there. I can't believe you think I can teach him to path to God. Dan is satan!" He snaps.

"That's enough now Phillip! No more of these foul words and rude remarks towards a fellow follower of Jesus." The priest bellows, making his point quite clear that this conversation is over.

Phil frowns and storms upstairs, slamming his door in protest but then soon shouting an apology downstairs after.

This is going to be impossible to get rid of Dan. Even his name makes Phil's skin crawl with uneasiness.
He could just tell his father what Dan did to him today in the church but something inside him is just telling him that it would be wrong.

Maybe he could just give Dan a chance? Maybe today was a one of rebellion against the church and not actually Phil?
He hopes this anyway.

As Phil is in deep thoughts he's snapped out of them as his phone goes off. He furrows his brow at the unknown number but opens it never the less.

From unknown-
Hey sexy, Dan the man here, thought you might want my number? ;)

Phil rolls his eyes and contemplates whether to respond or not.
He might as well ask where on earth Dan even got his number from.

To Dan >:( -
What made you think I'd want your number? How did you even get my number?

He gets a reply within a few seconds, showing just how keen Dan must be to catch hold of Phil's attention.

From Dan >:(-
Who wouldn't want my number? I mean I am amazing! Also I found your files at the church earlier and got your number from there. impressive huh?

Oh my god who does this guy think he is?

He's so big headed and thinks the whole world should worship him just because he can sneak into a church and get a number.
Phil could easily do that; not that he would though.

But seriously this guy must sleep around a lot if he has a personality like this. It almost makes Phil feel sick.

To Dan >:(-
NO that's not impressive! Who do you think you are? You're not impressing anyone Dan.

From Dan >:(-
I think that I'm a person who is going to make you commit sins you wouldn't even dream of committing, church boy ;) x

What is that even supposed to mean?

Phil decides to fully end this conversation as Dan is clearly getting a lot of joy out of this.
Although he suddenly starts feeling a bit hot after reading that text. He walks over to the window and opens the latch, embracing the cool air.

As his eyes travel out the window they stop at a small headstone at the end of the garden.
His throat closes up a little as memories flood back, horrible dark memories.

Immediately he closes the window and slumps back on to his bed.
He has church again tomorrow, it's always been the same. Just sit and listen to the prayers, be reminded that he's soon going to take over the church and get out as soon as possible.

However for some reason tomorrow isn't looking like it'll be a normal Sunday at church.
