Fifty years.

That's how long I'd been searching for the witch that had cursed me and now the day had finally come. I was going to cut out that bitches heart and I would finally be free.

It wasn't as difficult as I first thought to break into the Avengers headquarters, clearly their own arrogance made them believe they were all safely hidden away in here, but boy they were in for a surprise.

When I walk into the living area, they are all just sat around in there talking amongst themselves. They look confused as hell when my ass walks in like I own the place with all their eyes now on me.

"Who are you? How did you even get in here?" that moron Tony Stark asks me.

"The woman you all brought here four days ago, where is she?" I ask calmly.

I had to know and I needed the answer now.

"Hold on a second, young lady. Stark just asked you a question".

That blond patriotic asshole, Captain America was testing my patience.

"Don't make me ask you all again" I warn them.

"I'll get her" sighs the redhead before she pulls out a taser.

"Fine, if none of you will help me then SLEEP" I compel them all before they collapse to the floor for a little nap while I continue my search.

I take a look around for any signs of her, but she's nowhere to be found. There's a man inside the lab nearby, wearing a white coat and he adjusts his glasses when he sees me coming in.

"Umm, hello?" he says.

He's kind of cute in an older nerdy kind of way, but I don't have time for that right now.

"Hi. There was a woman brought here recently. Can you tell me where they're holding her?"

"Do you work here or something?"

"I'm afraid not, but I need the answer to my question. If you give it to me then I'll leave peacefully, but if not I'll do something rather unpleasant".

He looks in pain when the veins on his neck become more prominent and green. This is the motherfucking Hulk? Who knew this dweeb had it in him?

"CALM".

His skin turns back to its normal shade before he even has the chance to fully transform. As much as I would like to have sat back and waited to fight him, I didn't have the time.

"What did you do to me?" he asks me breathlessly.

"TRUTH. Where is the woman?"

I've grown sick of this bullshit today. I just wish someone would give me a straight answer already.

"Asgard. Thor took her to Asgard".

"Now was that so hard, handsome? Thanks for all your help Mr Green, now SLEEP".

Great! Now all I had to do was figure out how the hell to get to another realm. I had waited too long and searched too hard to let anything stop me now, so it's back to the spell books.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Surely it can't be that difficult to teleport to another realm? I've been sat reading for hours at this point and nothing. All I can find that has that level of power is the blue tesseract thingy, or something called a Bifrost.
Maybe I could find that Thor guy somehow? Nope, that's a dumb idea if ever I'd had one before. But I needed to get to Asgard if I had any hopes of finally ridding myself of this curse.
There's a loud knock at my apartment door. I didn't order any food and the rent isn't due for another week?
Before I have time to think about it, I'm straight out of my bedroom window and running like a mad woman down the fire escape.
I don't get very far when someone grabs me from behind, someone far too strong to be human. Reaching their hand around, they place something over my mouth so I can't speak.
They drop me to the floor and I'm finally able look up and see that dumb, hunky god Thor standing over me, looking way too smug.
While I'm busy trying to get this thing off my face, he cuffs me, picks me up and throws me over his shoulder. Kinky!
"Do not worry, tiny witch, you will get your wish. I am taking to Asgard".
Well that was fucking easy?
"My father wishes to speak with you in regards to the one you are searching for".
He does know I can't talk right?
After carrying me to an abandoned warehouse that looks like homeless people use it for orgies, he raises his hammer in the air and a bright light engulfs us unlike anything I had ever seen.
This was the Bifrost.
