Thor officially annuls my marriage to his brother within the hour, but Loki refuses to take part in any of it and he disappears from the throne room.

I have to convince myself with whatever semblance of humanity I was left clinging onto, that what I've decided is the best decision for both of us, but mostly for him.

I've been told before that Loki had changed for the better since I'd come here, but now I was becoming something else, someone too dangerous to stay.

Slowly I was becoming nothing more than another witch with dark magic, without a conscience just like my mother had been.

If my mother had been so capable of the cruelties that she'd committed to her own daughter, then what could I possibly do to Loki or even my own child one day?

I have to question whether this was the real reason that Hela had told me to keep my mother alive in order to take her powers and be able to get back here.

Had she only told me to do it, knowing that I would become pure evil in time for her return to Asgard and would probably join forces with her willingly? Maybe she even hoped I'd kill Odin myself so she could return sooner?

I know they're coming to collect me soon so I take one final look over to Loki's cell.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They've put a collar on me, but nothing else because I'm doing this of my own free will. Thor, Frigga and Loki are already by Odin's bed side when I'm brought into his chambers.
Thor removes the collar and I walk over to the bed where Odin lays, still in the deep slumber I'd put him in.
"IN ONE HOUR, YOU WILL WAKE UP".
I compel him to do that, knowing it will give me more than enough time to leave this realm.
"Thank you" Frigga tells me as she approaches.
She goes to hand me a small vile of a blue potion that's been made to strip me of my memories.
"Wait!" Loki suddenly intervenes and steps between us.
"It is time, Loki" his brother tells him.
Loki kisses me deeply and kiss him back, wishing this wasn't the end, but knowing that it's inevitable.
"I can make all the pain go away" I whisper when he holds me close.
"No. I do not want that, not this time. I want to remember us, Krystal".
"I'm sorry" I tell him when he looks at me in anguish.
"I love you" he cries.
After discreetly taking the potion from Frigga's hand, I drink it quickly before Loki can try and stop me again.
"I love you, Loki".
It's seconds before everything goes dark and I feel as if I'm falling down into an endless abyss, with nothing I can do now but embrace the fall.
