Back on Asgard, Odin is sitting upon his golden throne when Thor storms into the throne room enraged. He sees Loki there, beaten and down on his knees in chains.

"Father, what madness is this!?"

"It would appear that your intended has stolen a map from my study. She has fled the realm".

"Why would she do that?"

"To avoid your upcoming marriage of course. She has deceived us all into believing she had every intention of marrying you, all so that she could flee at the first opportunity to enact her revenge",

"He is lying, Thor!" Loki shouts before one of the guards strikes him.

"I believe it is for the best that Loki be taken back to his cell for the time being. Clearly the witch has manipulated him with her magic".

"Thor, please. He has done something to her. You must find her before it is too late!" Loki continues to appeal to his brother as he is taken away.

"She and I spoke only yesterday, father. Why would flee the realm so suddenly?"

"Clearly she was quite the actress, my son. She had us all fooled".

Frigga enters, appearing even angrier than Thor as she walks straight up to the throne where she proceeds to strike her husband across the face.

"How could you do this to our son?"

"Know your place, Frigga, or you shall be joining Loki down in the cells!" he hisses at his wife.

"Thor, whatever your father has told you is a lie. He had Krystal banished to Hel".

"What? You bring her back father, this instant!"

"That witch was an unfaithful whore and far too dangerous to live in this realm".

"She and Loki are in love, Odin. You pressured her into marrying Thor by using that dreadful curse as leverage to manipulate her".

"Father, why grant Loki his freedom only to cruelly take it away once more?"

"I had every intention of waiting in hopes that their feelings for one another would fade over time. That was until Heimdall witnessed something rather troubling last night, and I was left with no choice but to intervene".

"What did he see?" Thor asks.

"Loki and Krystal were wed in secret before sunset. Your naive brother hoped that once her curse was broken they could announce their marriage and we would all accept it gladly".

"I would have" Thor tells him.

"As would I" Frigga adds.

"Our son may have changed in her presence, but could you imagine the destructive power they could have had together?"

"Imagine how our son will change in her absence now that you have banished his wife? He will never forgive you for this!"

"I heard what she did to those prisoners. What do you think she would be willing to do to you, father, after what you have done? She has already spent fifty years plotting revenge for the loss of one husband, so what lengths will she go to for Loki?"

"Let her come" Odin replies coldly and leaves.

"Thor, we must do something to fix this".

"I have a plan, but I do not believe you will approve".
