A dark space filled the void, the air was chilly and my body was warm. I walked trying to find an end to the space but it felt like an endless trudge until I saw a small flicker at some distance as I ran towards it, it grew warmer and warmer and hotter and hotter until the scenery swiftly shifted to the scene from 15 years ago as I stood in front of a cabin set ablaze!

The glass panes in the windows as if melted like tears of the burning souls of our parents crying for help. I was drenched in sweat and when I looked down I reverted back to being the nine-year-old helpless dumb kid alone on the other side of the door to the cabin.

"Vivy!" a heavy voice called out my name.

Who?

I asked as I looked around searching for its source.

"Vivy!" it called again but this time it reverberated along with multiple other voices.

"Vivy! Why?" it was Nathan's voice!

Where are you, Nathan?

NATHAN!

I desperately searched, when my eyes glanced upon the shadow inside the cabin.

Wait, is that?

I dreadfully thought as I ran towards the house thinking it was Nathan when a cold shadow overbearing me stood between the cabin and me as it lowered its hand to grab me.

No! I need to save Nathan! Nathan!!!!!

*GASP* *HURGH*

I woke up sitting on my bed distraught as the lights blinded me, drenched in my own sweat gasping for air and a dried up throat when I heard Nathan.

"Vivy! Are you okay!" His cool hands checked my temperature.

He is safe! He is safe!

"Nathan!" I got up too fast out of my bed and almost fell as I ran towards him and hugged him tightly.

"Hey, are you alright Vivy?" Nathan hugged me back as he gently patted the back of my head and I almost cried.

"Hey what is it Vivy? Did your fever rise? Does it hurt?" Nathan tried to pull me out of the embrace so he could check my temperature but I kept clutching onto his shirt.

"Hey, what's the matter, Vivy? Did you have a nightmare?" Nathan kept patting my head while I still kept burying my face in his chest.

"Alright, it's alright Vivy." He walked me towards the bed and we both sat down on the edge of my bed.

"Nathan, what's the matter?" Sherry walked into the room with her eyes still drowsy from sleep.

She probably noticed Nathan out of bed.

I finally woke up from my own drowsiness as I realized Nathan and Sherry just got married and I was already being a nuisance.

As I lifted my head slightly, to wipe away the few tears that escaped my eyes, Nathan didn't lose this chance to check my temperature.

"Vivy, did your fever go up?" He looked at me concerned and Sherry immediately walked out of the room to go grab the medicines.

Damn, I feel so stupid for falling sick, especially today!

As I grumbled, Sherry quickly brought the medicines and handed the bottle nearby to me, and asked me to take the medicine.

"I'm so so..sorry," * COUGH * * COUGH *, "I'm being su" *COUGH* " ch a nuisance" * COUGH * I forgot my throat had all dried up.
