I had a dream where I stood at the edge of the river bank watching Jacob sleep peacefully in a boat as it floated along the river at night under a full-blood moon. He wore chaste white attire with his hands on his chest. The sky was soaked in blood red and the scenery was a matching color of death. My feet scrunched on the thorny banks as my vitality bled into the river. I feared the water but I greedily outstretched my hand.

"Jacob! Jacob! Please Wake UP!" I screamed from the very edge but he remained motionless floating further away.

My heart hurt as it grew colder and bled onto my white dress tearing apart from within, from the emotions that ran rampant.

"I lost my chance to tell him my true feelings." and that regret and guilt finally made me dip my feet into the river.

The water grew thicker and heavier as I sunk until my neck and the ground beneath me suddenly slipped. I plunged into that heavy and thick red, my body as if being pulled from underneath, I struggled to swim to the lighter surface.

As bubbles rose higher, my eyes grew blurrier just like that void growing within my chest, I thought I'd be swallowed whole by the darkness underneath.

"I guess, this isn't as bad. Maybe this is how it should be."

I got comfortable in the chilly waters and just as I was about to close my eyes, tiny glowing hands held my face. Another pair pulled on my fingers. I could hear the giggles and my eyes though blurry somehow imagined chubby cheeks and pink lips smiling and laughing.

The darkness underneath me dispelled and the thick red grew lighter as they pulled me higher and higher above toward the surface.

But my heart ached as I wished, "I wish I could've seen your faces just once."

I sank again with a hopeless burden until a hand grabbed my arm and pulled me out to the surface, "I had and will always love you Vivy."

Giggles!

* GASP *

I gasped for air. My eyes saw a light through all my tears that shined as bright as my babies did in the dream.

I was above the surface again.

* BEEP * * BEEP * * BEEP * * BEEP *

* Third Person's p.o.v. *

"Urgh!" Tyler groaned as he dragged himself forward leaning against the wall with one arm bandaged in place.

"Where am I? Where's Vivy?" he frantically looked for her as the nurses panicked and tried to get him back to his bed.

"Vivy!" he screamed in his hoarse voice scanning all the judging faces that passed him by in the corridor.

"Sir you need to calm down! Please!" The nurse implored as she tried to pull a weakened Tyler back to his room but he swatted their hands even as he struggled to stand straight.
