"I don't wanna go to work!!!! Daddy doesn't wanna gooo~" Nathan whined early in the morning at the dining table while hugging Sherry's belly as she chewed her food nonchalantly.
Juvi tried her best not to look awkward, Tyler couldn't care less as his mind was focused on something more important and Gray was definitely holding himself back from punching Nathan again.
"Argh! Sherry, what did you see in my brother and marry him?" Gray winced, looking at a whiny Nathan.
"I wonder that too these days," Sherry answered unbothered.
Gray laughed awkwardly.
"Hey! Don't go around ruining our harmonious relationship!" Nathan growled at Gray while still hugging her belly.
"Just eat your breakfast and get lost already!" Gray stuffed his mouth.
Nathan cried further complaining and the true reason why he was so down and whiny about.
"You! You guys are so mean! I'm the only one who isn't able to go to visit Vivy today. WAAH!" He kept cribbing as he ate his remaining breakfast.
That's right, Tyler had his therapy, Gray and Juvi were given a day off due to their injuries and well Sherry was on bed rest and was already bored staying home so she decided to tag along.
Therefore they decided to visit Vivy and accompany Tyler to the hospital. Except for Nathan who had to go to work.
"Nathan, unless you want the baby to hate you too, you'd better get your act together." Sherry threatened Nathan as she started to get irritated but seeing Nathan's adorably horrified expression she tried to mellow down the situation.
"Ahem, If you act like a good boy today I'll give you a reward later."
She blushed a little as she spoke and averted her eyes and Nathan immediately kissed her temples feeling all giddy seeing his wife act all cute for a change.
"Get a room will you." Tyler suddenly made his presence known as the only single at the table.
Well, Gray and Juvi hadn't come out and said it but everyone knew they had a thing for each other even if they thought they were hiding it perfectly.
After finishing their breakfast Sherry walked Nathan to the door where they of course shared a goodbye kiss and others started getting ready to head out as well.
"Sherry seems to have become more candid these days. Is it because of her hormones or she just hid that part of hers all this time from us?" Gray speculated as he washed the dishes and passed them along to Juvi for drying them.
"I guess it's her hormones. But she really did an impeccable job hiding it from you and Vivy all these years. She's a demon when she's angry!" Juvi chuckled seeing Gray's surprised yet confused expression.
"I remember that one time when Nathan really pissed her off. She was so furious, Nathan knelt on the floor for 2 hours straight while she gave him a silent treatment. And then got him to do all the chores as a punishment. Of course, don't tell this Nathan cause he had asked us to keep it a secret. Hehehe!" Juvi giggled as she remembered that incident.
"Heh! Is that so?" Gray smirked menacingly as if he was planning to use this some other time.
"Hey!" Juvi scolded him.
"Alright, alright, I won't if you give me a reward right now." Gray puckered his lips mischievously at Juvi who got angry and blushed looking around if there was anyone who might notice them.
But as soon as she tried to kiss him Tyler suddenly barged in between them holding an empty glass.
"Ah...I'm thirsty. Need water." and drank at least three glasses of water as slowly as he could while ruining the whole mood.
