Chapter 24

* Third Person's p.o.v. *

The next day early in the morning, everyone woke up except Gray and Vivy.

"They probably tire themselves out after fooling around at night," Nathan grumbled.

"Shouldn't we wake Gray up?" Juvi asked.

"Yeah, we probably should," Sherry suggested Juvi woke Gray up.

Tyler and Nathan were hard at work to get breakfast ready while forcing Sherry to stay put and rest.

* ENTER JUVI's ROOM *

"Gray?" Juvi knocked on the door and entered when she didn't hear any response.

As she approached the bed, she saw a pretty amusing sight.

"These two look so adorable and peaceful when they sleep." Juvi giggled as she saw Gray and Vivy holding onto each other's hands while asleep.

"Gray," Juvi gently called out to him and a half-asleep Gray pulled Juvi into his embrace right in between Vivy and himself.

Vivy was already in a pretty deep sleep so nothing could budge her but on the other hand, Juvi's heart was probably about to break through her ribcage while Gray hugged her tightly as he fell back asleep.

"Ah, Um Gray," Juvi mumbled trying to wake him up.

"Mmm," replied groggily.

"Gray, wake up." Juvi looked up at Gray's face whose eyes were half open trying to process reality from delusion.

"Mmm" he gently smiled before pecking her on her lips and burying her back into his embrace.

"Ah! You dummy!" Juvi turned red before trying to wake Gray up a few more times before giving up.

* DOWNSTAIRS *

"Hmm. Hasn't it been too long since Juvi went to wake Gray up?" Tyler pointed out as 20 mins had passed and they had already started having their breakfast.

"I'm gonna check up on them," he added as held a spatula in his hand and a dangerous look in his eyes.

"Is the spatula necessary?" Nathan wondered.

"I'm not sure." Sherry shrugged.

* ENTER JUVI's ROOM *

Just as Tyler predicted, Juvi fell asleep but what he didn't expect or more like feared was his sister being held in another man's embrace sandwiched between two rowdy apes as Vivy enveloped Juvi with her feet over her.

Poor Juvi was practically buried under the two while they all snoozed.

"Gray." Tyler coldly called out Gray's name but he didn't budge at all.

"Gray," Tyler called out to him a second time, and this time he simply thought it was Juvi calling out to him again.

He looked down at his sleeping beauty and smiled but before he could've landed another peck her on her lips, he felt a monstrous presence loom over him followed by a loud ...

* SLAP * on Gray's butt which almost instantaneously woke him up just to freak him out as a groggy Juvi sat up right next to him.

* Vivy's p.o.v. *

* THUD * Gray fell off the bed in shock to find Tyler glaring at him while Juvi and I rubbed our eyes.

"What the heck Tyler why'd smack me first thing in the morning." Gray rubbed the back of his head as he yawned.
