"How do you like the wine?" Travis smiled seductively at Juvi, who felt a little overwhelmed and weirded out by his face but she decided to be polite and follow along with the conversation.
"It's really nice." she smiled.
She genuinely meant it though as she was already sipping on her third glass.
"I shouldn't have any more than this though." she thought.
"I'm glad you liked it. I did choose this restaurant because I really wanted to give it a try but this hotel just opened a few months back. I was worried about how it would all turn out." Travis sighed in relief and Juvi laughed as she assured him he had nothing to worry about.
"No, the food is delicious. I bet Gray would probably trespass their kitchen to learn about their recipes." Juvi chuckled thinking about how Gray would've enjoyed the food but soon realized she messed up.
"Ah! I was just reminded of a friend of mine who's a chef and would really enjoy the food here too." Juvi tried to explain, feeling flustered over her slip of the tongue. Of course who talks about another guy when you're on a date with one?
"No, no worries. I'm glad you like the food enough to recommend it to someone with a finer palette." Travis tried to sound okay with talking about it although his pride in being a Cassanova took a slight hit on the mention of another guy's name.
"Did she just think of another guy while I'm sitting right in front of her? I, I guess it's fine? I mean it's just a casual conversation. Right!" Travis tried not to overthink it.
"Ah, sorry," Juvi tried to apologize but Travis cut her off,
"Don't worry. I like hearing about you. And I'd like to know more about you too." Travis spewed words he didn't mean.
"Btw, are you feeling alright?" Travis asked concernedly.
"Your cheeks look so flushed. Do you perhaps have a fever?" Travis walked over to her side to check her temperature but Juvi tried to compose herself.
"No, I'm alright. I think I'm just feeling a little dizzy and need to get some fresh air" She tried to get up but she lost her balance as she stumbled into Travis.
"Urgh! Sorry." she groaned as she held her head suddenly aching and tried to stand back up on her feet with the table's support.
"Hey, are you really alright?" Travis asked.
"I'm fine. I just need to rest up a bit. I'll probably leave for today. Sorry about that. I'm not sure why I feel so dizzy all of a sudden." Juvi suggested as she felt dizzier and hotter with every second passing.
"Sure. Why don't you hold onto me for a bit?" Travis offered his arm and Juvi thankfully took it.
"What's this did I drink too much? I mean I'm used to drinking this much. And I was completely fine until a little while ago too. Why so suddenly? Urgh! My head's hurting too...Did I overwork myself by chance?" Juvi tried to find reasons for her condition but it only ended up hurting her head even more.
