----"Why did you become so clumsy at this moment?!" inis kong sabi kay Ali. Sh*t! He's too heavy!
I always look at my back to check if ever someone is already following us. But I only see darkness. It's already night and the only light of the moon becomes our weapon from the dark. I'm really relieved that it has a window at the top of the building that reflects the light inside.
"May nakikita akong liwanag, Misis!" Ali shouted with excitement of his voice while still running. He looks like a blind person who can sees now.
"Keep quite! Someone may can hear you!" I scolded him and stopped when we're already at the double door that showing up some light from the outside. Ali was about to hold the doorknob but I immediately stop him by holding his hand.
"Sh*t! They're leaving now!" baling ko sa katabi ko at hindi na hinintay pa ang pagsalita niya dahil agad kong binuksan ang dalawang pintong nasa harap namin. We both turned around when a strong wind and pouring rain greeted us.
What the hell? Is there a storm right now? The rain poured like it's furious on us. But despite of that, I meeted it with conviction and focus my gazes to the private plane of my uncle. They're leaving now.
"We need to run..." My words trailed off when I didn't feel the presence of the man beside me. "Ali?" I called him when I saw how he walk backwards while his eyes remained at the pouring rain in front of us. "Ali? What is it?" I asked him again when he didn't respond.
"Hindi ko sinasadya..." he trailed off and his body started to shake. What the hell is he saying?
"Stop fooling around, Ali. We need to get out of here asap, they might caught us if you--" Natigilan ako nang makita ko ang dahan-dahan na pagtulo ng luha niya at nanginginig ang labing tumingin sa 'kin. Anong nangyayari?
"W-Wala akong kasalanan, Misis... hindi ko sinasadya..." with a trembling voice he quickly cover his ears when a stroke sounds of lightning strikes.
"Look, Ali, we're running out of time now so quit that--" naputol uli ang sasabihin ko nang mapaupo ito sa gilid at pilit na sinisiksik ang sarili sa pader. Sh*t! What the hell is happening to him? I quickly approached him not knowing on what's he's up to.
He acted just like... my younger self when I'm having an trauma attack. Does he's experiencing of it too?
"Protect him from the rain..."
