——
It was the Final day of the games and him Norman and Joey was the last three left. They stood in line as the announcements have told them a few minutes before and waited for farther instructions. Soon the big doors opened up and a few pink soldiers Marched forward lead one With the Square. "The three of you made it to the Final round. But before that, we have a special treat for you three."" The main soldier gave the others a Signal and the three were all given a Beautiful box that matches the coffins but was much smaller. Sammy opened his box and saw in it a clean and nice uniform. It was much more fancy then the ones they had on. "You three have ten minutes to get yourselves ready.* with that the pink soldiers marched out.

Sammy followed the others to the bathroom and went inside his own stall. Once it was locked he pulled the new uniform out and healed it up to examine it more. It was typical black Business suit with a bow tie to weak. Everyone's was the same except for the numbers they were. His fingers ran across his number, 049, before he took his old bloody jump suit uniform and changes into this nice one. Once he had on The new uniform, he left the stall, heading over to the sinks. Sammy turned the water to warn then he began to wash his face then clean his hair the best her could.

After a minute he notice Joey watching and looked at him though the mirror. "What do you want?..."

Joey just walked over and held out his hand. "I just wanted to say good luck out there, Sammy. And I hope you understand I tried to make you into a strong leader. And leaders got to sometimes take things in there own hands when others betray them." Joey says sincerely.

"I disagree with your choices and would never follow in your footsteps, but I understand, Joey." Sammy shakes his hand out of respect.

Joey nodded. "I understand the life I chose isn't for everyone. And... I'm sorry... I made you have a crime record." He replied with honesty.

Sammy did the unthinkable and gave Joey a hug. He knew by tonight only one of them would walk away with there life. Joey was surprised but wrapped his arms around him for a long moment, before pulling back and patted his shoulder. "Good luck out there, Sam. I'm not going to go easy on you." Joey replied them left him to finish.

Sammy rolls his eyes but smiles anyways and quickly finishes while he still has the time.

The three of them followed the pink soldiers down a hallway into fancy room where they had set up their surprise. In the middle of the room there was tables set up a nice clean white cloth over it and delicious smelling food on top. The main pink soldier walked over to one, revealing a huge steak with Green beans, corn and a salad and a glass of wine. Just the sight of the meal made Normans stomach growl. None of them had eaten this good in forever. "Your reward for making it to the Final game." The pink soldier said. "Eat it. You'll need your energy."

Norman, Sammy and Joey quickly took a seat and digged in. None of them spoke thought out the meal, all you could hear was forks on plates, knives cutting the steak and chewing. Low ranking soldiers came by every now and then to refill their wine.

He looked over while chewing a bite and sees Sammy stuffing his face happily. It Occurred to Norman that he most likely never had a meal like this is his entire life and hoped it wouldn't be the last. He looked over at Joey and wondered just how long it's been for him since he had a good meal. For himself it's been years since he has. He was always to busy to fully cook for his family. If he gets out he promised himself he would cook a meal like this for them.

——-

The meal was delightful to Joey. He hadn't had a home-cooked meal since he lost his status and money a long while ago. He hoped he would get the chance for that again in the nearby future, as they were being lead to the final game. In the room there was three different colored circles on the opposite side. One was blue the other was green and the last was yellow. Joey looked at Sammy and Norman then at the pink guard that brought them here. "For your last game, please choose a color and stand on it."

Joey watched as Sammy immediately took the blue spot and stood in the middle of it. Norman glanced over his way before heading over to the green spot, giving Joey the yellow. About a minute later they all followed a different soldier to the game.

The bright lights turned on overhead the Arena blinding Joey after a bit of time in the darkness. Once he got use to the light he looked around. They were all in a perfect Circle arena, almost like a basketball gym but not quiet. Sammy and Norman were at there own post in front of a flag of the color they chose. Joey looked behind him and notice there was a flag of the color he chose to. He also noticed there was an audience that were hiding their faces with gold mask.
——

"Welcome players to the sixth and final round." This time it was a guys voice on the Speaker. "Todays game is Capture the flag. The one rule is last flag up wins. You have 30 minutes" they finish speaking as the timer starts the countdown.

Sammy and Norman looked across the field of each other. Neither of them wanted to screw each other. But Joey on the other hand.. He came sprinting down the field to Sammy's flag. Norman knew Sammy couldn't stop him from taking it so he ran to Sammy's side to but tackled Joey to the ground before he could get his flag.

The two wrestled each other for a long minute before Joey punched Norman in the face, stunning him. "You can't protect him anymore Norman!" He yelled. "Only one of us gets to leave, unfortunately!"

Norman spits out blood then turned back to Joey. "Yea. Unfortunately you don't.  He points in the Direction of his flag.

Joey turned to his flag in time to see Sammy taking it down. "While you little fucker." He mumbled but was proud of Sammy for taking matters into his own hands even if it meet Joey losing his life.

Sammy didn't turn around until he heard the shoot and the body falling with a thud. He couldn't have. It wouldn't be right seeing him die. Wouldn't be Honorable.

However now there was a new problem, Him and Norman was the last two left. Norman knows it to become he could hear him approaching from behind. "Norman I don't want to kill you..." he turned to him and was embrace and a hug.

"I know Sam.... "Norman sighs while hugging him. "I don't wanna kill you ether..."

Sammy gets an idea and glanced up
at him. "How about we take down each other's flags at the same time?" He ask, wanting to rig the System.

Norman nodded, liking the idea. " smart thinking. That way we can both win and spelt the money." He made his way to Sammy's flag again while Sammy went to his. "Ok. On three!" He shouts from across the arena at Sammy. "One..." Norman grabbed his flag, ready to rip it down.

"Two.." This time it was Sammy counting as be grabs Normans flag.

"Three!" They shouted together, ripping the flags down at the same time.

At least that's what Sammy thought as he cheered out loud with Norman until he heard another shoot. He froze and opened his eyes wide, watching blood being sprayed from normals chest before collapsing to the ground.

"No!!" Sammy fell to his knees, tears falling his eyes. They were supposed to get out together! They planned on it and dating on the outside. He sobbed hard, hugging Normans limp body. He hadn't allow himself to cry in years but now he couldn't stop himself. Norman was the one person that actually cared about him and treated him like he actually mattered and now he was gone!

"Player 049 wins the games"
——-

It has been a year since the games and lot has changed. One of them being he was free of debt and feels like he could finally breathe freely. That freedom got his him  to started up his Music career again since he loved music. The local pub down the street hired him for three nights a week with great pay and allows him to invite anybody he wants. Sometimes he does invites people like the Polks he's been in contact of ever since he gave a huge chunk of the money to help Norman's family out. It was the only one thing he could do to honor Norman and his legacy.

That wasn't all ether. He had gave a all there families a chunk of the money. Many of them so they could get out of poverty or debts, Tom for his arm and Susies child for school. The rest of the money he won it puts it in different charities. He didn't care about the money anyway. It was blood money and it needed to go tours something good to honor all those who didn't make it.
