Lacie and Norman wasn't the kind of people who believed in stuff like witchcraft, ghost and demons. Norman was raised to be rational in all situations. Hell his parents never went with the Santa Claus and the Easter bunny being real. And Lacies mother was work in Science so she also used science to answer for her questions.

Well up until things at Joey Drew's studio got to strange for them.

Norman had always been one who observes people instead of talking to them. He kept to himself and hid in the shadows. And one day those shadows lead him to Joey Drew's office and he stopped once he heard the voice there.

"Mr. drew. I assure you. This Machine you want us to build is highly dangerous. And mostly impossible." Came a voice he never herd before.

"I don't care how dangerous it is, Mr. Connor, I'm paying you lots to make this happen and you and you're team will make this happen." Joey demanded.

"And if we don't, Mr. drew?" Mr. Conner asked. "If me and my team walk out right now-"

"If you and your team walk out." Joey interrupts. "Then your not going to like the consequences."

Something must've happen in there because or he must of seen something because the next time tom spook his voice was full of fear.

"Y-you people are in insane..A-alright. We will make the machine. We're get right on it."

"excellent!" Joey clapped his handed

Norman crept Back inside the shadows just as the door opened up and Tom stepped out. "I'll have the plans to you soon.." he mumbled.

"Great! Pleasure doing business with you, Mr. Conner." Joey gives him a wicked smile.

Norman saw Mr. Conner looked at Joey then at someone else behind him then he turned and left, Joey closing the door as he does so.

Lacie and her company had already been here for the last half year building on to Joey Drew's dream, bendy land. She had already made a bendy robot for the theme park and was on to her next project.

But lately she's been noticing some odd things. First she's been nothing the robot had moved a few times and she doesn't like it. Second they all know now about the new company, Gent, Joey hired about a month ago but no one knew what they were working on which she found that unsettling for some reason. She decided she was going to investigate on her brake.

Once her lunch brake came she got a flashlight and left the floor of bendy Land. She went down the flight of stairs and chose a random floor, going inside and following the dark hallway.

She peaks around a random corner and saw two people coming down her way. Lacie quickly hides in the room besides her, turning off her flashlight. She hug to the wall as the two passed by.

Once she was in the all clear she closed the door and turned on the light, nearly jumping out of her skin and screaming when she saw Norman Polk. standing on the other side. "What the!..what are you doing down here?"

"I was going to ask you the same?" Norman replied.

"I was seeing what was there doing. Just curious." Lacie answered. " ok now you answer."

"I was doing the same. But I don't suppose you find them fishy?" Norman ask

"Fishy? No?" She shook her head. "Why?"

"..no reason." Norman replied heading for the door.

"Oh come on. Your not going to tell me?" Lacie asked.

Norman stopped and glances at her. "I been seeing weird stuff around hearing them talk about odd things. Whatever it is. It's dangerous."

Lacie froze. "I also have been seeing strange things..."

"Really?" Norman fully turned to her.

Lacie nodded. "Let's investigate whatever this is together. We can cover more ground and be at two places now. Then meet and combine each other's information they learned."

Norman thinks about this and nodded. "Alright. Fine."
