Ekko and Powder. Together the two kids were a force. With Powders perfect shot and Ekko's mind they were unstoppable. As they grew older they stuck together. Wether it was training after one of Vi's training Sessions, or shooting at a target, or each other (with paint balls), or messing around with Enforcers or getting into trouble the two found something to do.

One day Powder was watching Ekko try a series of punches Vi was doing earlier. His face was fully concentrated and he was doing fairly good. Powder felt something as she watched Ekko. She thought on it and realized she felt it everyday now. She excused herself and went to find her sister. To her surprise Vi was sitting down relaxing. "Vi..? I have a question?" "What's up pow-pow?" Powder explained what she was feeling towards Ekko and what surprised her was the fact that vi started LAUGHING. "It's not funny Vi!" "Hahahaha... no it isn't but what your explains is a crush. You like him.

That explained a lot. She thanked Vi and walked over back to Ekko. Every day from then on she kept her crush a secret knowing he wouldn't feel the same. What she didn't know is that Ekko felt the same way about her.

It was a dark evening, both where pinned against a fence by Enfocers as they patted them down. Powder grunted softly annoyed that they caught them. Ekko was silent but looked over worriedly when he heard a yelp. The Enforcer patting her down punched her in the side knocking her down before they both left.

Ekko dropped beside her and checked the impact zone. "Ah it's going to bruise Powder.. sorry.." "doesn't matter.. I'm going to kill them!" As she turned she realized how close they both were and both felt themselves lean in and their lips met in a soft kiss. Powder pulled back seeing the goofy look of Ekko and laughed.

Ekko smirked and leaned his head on hers for a second. From that moment on they protected each other no matter what.
