Arcane: Leage of Legends oneshots

It was the scariest moment in Vi's life. The moment Vi saw Caitlyn unmoving on the ground covered in blood will forever be ingrained in Vi'a brain.

They had been on a job in Zaun. The job went bad quickly and Vi was knocked out and soon buried. Caitlyn had been in the warehouse close by fighting a criminal and her yells over comm finally woke Vi up. A scream of pain from Caitlyn was all that Vi needed to start moving.

Getting free Vi races to the warehouse praying that Caitlyn was okay. Slamming the door open and taking in the sight of Caitlyn down with the criminal laughing behind her.

Vi lost control of her anger and the rest was a blur. All she remembers was taking out the criminal before she finally snapped back into control. The criminals body was underneath her and she was covered in blood. She suddenly remeberee Caitlyn behind her and turned to see the sight of Caitlyn laying in a pool of her own blood. The slight rise and fall of her chest was the only sign she was alive.

Racing forward and picking her up and feeling Caitlyn unmoving made Vi start racing to Piltover as they had better medical services there. She made it with no time to spare. The second she bursted through the doors a few nurses took her onto a gurney and took her immediately back. Vi stood there looking worriedly at the doors before taking a seat in the waiting room.

She got many weird glances sonce her clothes where covered in blood but the pilties seemed to know she was the Partner of Caitlyn so they stayed quiet. As time moved on she was shaken lightly awake by a nurse a small smile on her face.

"Hows Caitlyn? Is she okay? Is she alive?" Vi immediately thought the worse and looked at the nurse. "Calm down, your going to give yourself a panic attack. She's fine and recovering from surgery now. You may go see her now. Follow me."

Vi only nodded and followed right behind the nurse. She glanced at the doors as they passed before stopping at one. "She should be waking up from anesthesia now. Go on in"

Vi didn't wait another second. She gently opens the door and took in the sight of her partner and girlfriend on the bed. She was awake and seemed to be eating soup. "Wow.. this is a new sight ha.." vi said softly as she walked in and sat in a chair beside the bed.

"Vi! Oh my god your covered in blood honey!" "Huh? Oh no it's not mine... well maybe alittle bit is? It's mostly from the criminal and you. But that's beside the point how are you?" "I'm alright honey, just alittle banged up."

That seemed to upset Vi not in anger but concern."Alittle banged up?! You lost so much blood on the way here! I thought you died when they brought you in!" Vi's eyes started watering slightly and she roughly tried to dry them standing up . "You where so still... I thought you died... there was so much blood!"

"Vi, love come here." Caitlyns voice brought Vi back from her mind and she glanced over at Caitlyn who's arms were open for a hug. Vi didn't hesitate and gently hugged her back crying softly into Caitlyns shoulder. "I'm okay.. I'm alive and well thanks to you Vi... it's okay..." vi smiled and slowly fell asleep alongside Caitlyn

That's how the nurse found them a few minutes later. Both passed out from  exashtion. The nurse smiled and after checking vitals and putting a blanket over both, left them alone to sleep.
