They were in the middle of a job when it happened. Vi was already having a weird day. Her hands wouldn't stop shaking, making it hard to pick anything up, her legs felt like jello, she had this feeling like she was floating every few seconds, and her head and vision swam weirdly. She knew these effects from prison, after a very nasty hit to the head by a guard. causing her to go into a bad panic attack, but she tried to hide them as much as she could from Caitlyn and the others on the force.

They had only just walked in when one of the officers said they needed help controlling a rowdy crowd. There had been a gathering of people who still thought people of Zaun should go back to Zaun, and they held a gathering right outside the councilors offices to yell and tell them that this is a bad idea, to change their minds about letting Zaun people up here. Vi and Caitlyn agreed to help, which ended in disaster. As soon as they got on scene and starts containing the crowd, many of the protesters took one look at vi and started picking her apart, or just scoffing and ignoring her orders. Caitlyn was working on another group of protesters, so she was alone and try big to stop the verbal attacks.

She could feel her heart start to quicken, and head swim worse. Her legs shook more making it hard to step, and when she tried to take a step, tripped over a fallen sign. She caught herself on her hands and knees, trying to breathe through her mouth as the comments and insults got worse, her breathing picked up until the comments and insults faded into ringing, she didn't hear Caitlyn coming up, nor felt the soft hand placed on her back, but saw Vaitlyns blue hair and worried face right in front of her. Caitlyns mouth was moving but vi couldn't hear anything, and Caitlyn seemed to realize that because next thing she knew, she had a hand over Caitlyn's heart and felt Caitlyn doing exaggerating her breathing, prompting vi to follow as well. Soon Vis hearing and touch came back and she yanked her hand away like it was on fire. "Vi.. what's wrong honey? Speak to me please?" "To... much.. need... hide" vi gasped out between deep breathes, as a crowd gathered around them. Several Enforcers had taken up trying to back them away from the couple, recognizing VI's attack. "Okay. Here follow me?" Caitlyn stood up, gently pulling Vi with her flipping VI's hood to cover her face before moving to a nearby Alleyway, stopping once to give instructions to a nearby Enforcer who nodded.

With her back to a wall in the alleyway, Vi slowly started to relax, she slowly slid down the wall until she was sitting on the floor then hung her head between her legs taking deep quiet breathes. Caitlyn was right beside her, offering gentle touches and words of encouragement as vi slowly fought the panic down until finally Vi let out a deep sigh and sagged against the wall, lifting her head to the sky. "Feeling better?" Caitlyn asked gently, resting a soft hand on VI's shoulder. "Yea... I'm sorry about that cupcake.. the comments got to me and I was already having a Wei-" "vi, it's okay! You were having a weird day already and the comments just set you off. Next time please tell me when you have another weird day okay?" Bi nodded and leaned her head against Caitlyn's shoulder, taking a deep breath and closing her eyes, glad her girlfriend was there to help.
