They were a unstoppable force. Once side by side with Vi's brawling and Caitlyns sharp eye for shooting there was nothing anyone can do.
They quickly and in vi's case begrudgingly became Piltovers Finest on the police force. Any hard case the force had, the two were on it. Always got the job done, though not without a few scraps and scratches on Vi's part.
They quickly grew a reputation, but never separated from their partnership. That's because there's a little more going on then "job partners" though no one can see it.
It's subtle hints in the way they talk, the way Caitlyn allows Vi to call her "cupcake". It's subtle in the way they walk, alittle closer than normal partners would. It's even in the way Caitlyn would yell and Vi for being so reckless on jobs and ends up hurt in one way or another.
Yes the two were together as a couple, and as partners. And they worked just fine with each other. Both knew what the other needed them to do with a tilt of the head or quick pointing. They always knew how to coach each other out of a Nightmare in the dark corners of the night.
They always knew how to comfort each other if one was feeling upset or overworked (in Caitlyn's case WAYYYYYY overworked)
They are Piltovers Finest. Partners in job and romantically. Nothing can beat their force or break them apart.
