It was late at night and Vi was driving on the highway. Her and Caitlyn had gotten into a bad fight earlier that day. Vi didn't want to be home for that day so she was driving to a hotel for the night.
Vi was extremely tierd from the day plus it was late so her reaction skills wasn't the best, nor was her vision since she was tierd. She didn't see the truck swerving and when she did she didn't have much time before she was pushed off the main road.
She hit the border thing (the meatle peices sometimes on the side of highways) breaking it and speeding down the side of the freeway swerving trying to stop before she hit a small set of trees but no such luck.
Caitlyn had been working on a few case summaries that she had left to do when her phone went off. Thinking it was Vi she answered and put it on speaker without looking at the caller id.
"Hello is this Caitlyn Kiramann? Violet had your number as a emergency contact." Caitlyn froze and looked at the id. "Yes, what did she get into now?" Caitlyn huffed softly already thinking Vi got into a fight or something. "Vi had been a crash. Truck drove her off the road. She's on her way to the hospital, critical condition."
Caitlyn froze at those words before thanking the person ending the call and rushing to her car to the hospital. She called her parents on the way letting them know what happened. Reaching the hospital she rushed in asking for Vi.
