@gatcha_cat here's your oneshot! I hope you like it. So I literally just looked for one that made it seem like one of them was freaking out or something and came across this one. It made sense bc Vi seems like the strongest person but she's really scared to lose someone (kinda shown in the series) so I thought it would be good to show that in this one. I hope it is good. Ps was watching arcane while making this XD)
It was a simple mission. Find the shimmer, destroy it, and get out. What they weren't planning on was Jinx, powder, being there and blowing the building successfully trapping them inside. Vi threw herself over Caitlyn to protect her from any building peices.
As the rumbling stopped Vi glanced up in the darkness and looked around before starting to pound on the debris surrounding the two trying to get them free. What Caitlyn didn't know was Vi had very bad closphbia (I can't spell for heck!). She got away with it when they first met.
Caitlyn watched Vi worriedly but she was making it worse. They seemed to be surrounded by rubble with something ontop. Caitlyn moved and grabbed her arm gently. "vi stop! Your making it worse.." at that vi stopped not wanting it to get worse and instead moves her arm away and leans against the wall falling to a crouched position and covered her head.
Caitlyn grabbed her flashlight and scanned the room before grabbing her walkie-talkie. "Sheriff Caitlyn here, I'm trapped in Zaun with Vi send backup!" All she got was static and she groans. "No response.. Vi you need to punch the thing on top... Vi?"
The person in queue ton was completely curled up hiding her head. She was shaking violently and quiet cries could be heard. "V-vi? What's wrong?" Caitlyn bent down and brought the brawler into a tight hug rubbing her back. "Your okay just breath."
With the sharpshooters help Vi slowly calmed down. "You have claustrophobia don't you vi? With a small nod the sharpshooter brought the broawler closer. "It's okay. Everyone fears something Vi. But I need your help if we are going to get free okay? Can you help?" "Yea cupcake. What do you need me to do?" "You need to break the thing on the top, that's the only way we can get free." With a nod and a few swift hits to the stone they were free.
Since that mission Caitlyn helped Vi with her fear and Vi learned she could always trust Caitlyn with anything.
