(I am sleep deprived so please if this oneshot id all over the place I'm sorry)
Vi had just gotten back from a Job. Walking into the usually quiet apartment, however unusually dark apartment made her instantly start to worry. They usually had some sort of light, weither it be a night light, bathroom light on, or a lamp there was always light somewhere.
Vi had let slip a few nights ago that she had always been scared of the dark. Down in the lanes there was always a dark shady Alley that she always found herself in fighting to get away. Stillwater made that fear way worse since most Enforcers would hide in the darkness to hit her.
Since learning that, Caitlyn bought a bunch of lamps and nightlights making sure the nightlights where always on, and lamps in reach of Vi or Caitlyn if it was needed to be turned on.
However the absence of light was starting to freak Vi out, so she started reaching a hand out into the darkness in vain trying to find a light switch. Finally managing to find one she yelped when people jumped out. "Happy Birthday Vi!" There stood Caitlyn, Caitlyns parents, Jayce, Vicktor, Mel, Ekko and a few firelights, and even Counclier Hiemindinger.
"Wha..?" Is all Vi managed to get out before Caitlyn wrapped her into a hug. "I know you usually have a bad reaction towards this but it's your birthday and we wanted to do something nice.. I'm sorry about keeping the house dark love.." Caitlyn mumbled out hugging Vi tightly, feeling her heartbeat. "I-it's okay cupcake... thank you guys for this.. I have no words."
"No worries dear Violet, we are all happy we could do this." Counclier Hiemndinger chimed in. And the rest of the night was spent in good spirits and loud partying.
