Arcane: Leage of Legends oneshots

It was supposed to be a simple mission, but a mission involving Jinx is anything but. They can never catch the little menace and Vi was getting annoyed. She knew they needed to stop her sister, but she also felt like she had to right so many wrongs she did, so she never wanted to hurt her sister any more that she did already.

Caitlyn understood that and only used rubber rounds and nets. instead of her normal bullets, though she knew Jinx didn't share the same sentiment as Vi and was aiming to actually cause harm or even kill them. But she didn't want to go agaisnt her Girlfriend, Since she was so hotheaded she wouldn't even hear what Caitlyn has to say, so she's have to figure it out herself.

When Jinx finally ran off, avoiding capture once again, Caitlyn slumped agaisnt the wall breathing heavy. Vi and her got separated when a wall of the abandoned building collapsed but she knew Vi wouldn't take to long to find her. She winced in pain and grabbed her side, forgetting about the small wound during the fight, though it was hurting like hell since the adrenaline of a fight wore off.

She could also feel a small headache coming and her body felt sore. Finally Vi bursted through the wall and angry expression set before it faded to confusion, then worry when she finally locked eyes with Caitlyn. Picking her way over carefully, she stood in front of Caitlyn and immediately found the wound. "Damn Caitlyn.. she was really going for you.." Caitlyn just chuckled softly slumping again the form of her girlfriend.

"Well she doesn't like me.. why would she go easy.." Vi hummed softly and took off one of her hand wraps, wrapping it tightly against the wound to stop it bleeding, befor gently wrapping her arms around Caitlyn. They allowed themselves a few moments of peace before they started to make their way back up to Piltover.

Vi watched Caitlyn walking before stopping them and crouching down. "Get on my back cait.." Caitlyn looked in surprise before shaking her head. "No Vi I'm okay.." vi rolled her eyes and motioned again. "Cait I know you, just get on my back so we can get ya to your dad faster.." Caitlyn huffed softly, knowing there's no agutinh with Vi and climbed onto her back, Vi immediately went to support her, arms trapping either leg to her side as she stood. Caitlyn wrapped her arms around Vis neck softly and leaned her head agaisnt Vis shoulder.

Vi kept on the main paths, knowing that if Jinx was still out there, she wouldn't attack in public, less it cause a panic. Getting to they bathospher she paid for a quick ticket for them both and standing in line glaring at anyone who looked for to long.

On the plus side, being on the force meant that Vi could still help find her sister and stay with her girlfriend, though she got a lot of looks for being the first Zauntie on the force. Many belive that Caitlyn used her position as the councliers Daughter to get her 'Fling' onto the force, while others believe that vi paid off the councilers to allow Vi to join the force, but neither were true. Vi earned it like the rest of them, through hard work and dedication. That didn't stop people from giving her and Caitlyn dirty looks in Piltover.

The ride on the bathosphere was pretty tame, a little kid screaming, adults talking, the odd hard shove to the shoulder or jab to the stomach. She kept her back to the wall so Caitlyn wouldn't get hit in the crossfire, just like she always did and as soon as the doors opened she was out of there heading straight for the hospital. She knew that Tobias would be working and knew that Caitlyn would rather her father over another doctor.

When they finally got Caitlyn checked out, and okayed to go back to their apartment Vi picked up Caitlyn again, this time in a bridal position, much to the sheriff's annoyance. Vi just laughed and walked home, making sure Caitlyn wouldn't fall from her wiggling. Their apartment was close to the force, so should they need to they would be ready to come in at a moments notice, so Vi knew where to go.

Once finally reaching the apartment vi dig through her pockets for the key. When she finally found it she unlocked the door and walked in, toeing off her shoes and pulling offs Caitlyns before shutting the door and  walking to the living room.  she put Caitlin on the couch laughing and flopped down herself letting herself fully relax. Caitlyn shuffled so her head was resting on Vi's lap as Piltovers Finest took a well deserved nap.
